    Unfortunately, the product did not meet our expectations. The strength of the massage is not as strong as we expected and being brand new it makes odd clunking sounds when in progress. Not sure if we have a faulty product and naturally after the return date for refund.

    I liked it at first, but after using it a few times the place where my toes rest got very uncomfortble. Its just a pointy metal post. The pressure also dropped after a couple uses and the preprogrammed modes are usless. I wish the ball had an option to change the direction of the circle it masagaes in on the foot part. The calf massager part is usless also. I would not buy this. Look at a better brand.
