It came broken, took it to the store and didn’t want to take it back. Called online purchase and told me i was still on time when i took it to the store. Now i have to call my self to fix it. Get it together Best buy. Very upset and dissatisfied

A little hard for me to keep my feet exactly where they should be to get the most out of the massagers, I find that I have to re-adjust my position often

The first time you have a chance at the top is the second one you get a free pass and you can go on your way back and then go to your car to go back to your house to pick it

Let me start with the positives- it works. It works as in, you plug it in and it turns on. I say that because I purchased on from another retailer that did not even turn on. The other positive is that it did massage my ankles and feet, which is what I wanted. However, I returned this one. It was so rough and hard that it hurt. I just couldn’t bare it. I thought it was me being sensitive so I had my boyfriend try it and he said the same - it hurt. A lot. Sadly I returned it. Way too rough.

This massager is great for your tired feet after a long day . It improves blood circulation.Great for tired feet and calves. Don't let that distract you from the fact that this machine has multiple foot massage functions are fantastic. The vibration is very awesome and the heat feels great as well.So overall it relaxes your lower legs and takes away the muscle aches and strain of sore tired feet... The heat is just enough, it’s doesn’t get to hot..... #ReusedStatement..... I have the 4 and 5, I gave my child the 4 which to me is the best by far, if the 4 had the vibration and heat WOW..... The 5 is the baby of the family.... It’s like the 3 Bears and Goldilocks lol.....
