It's just what I needed comfortable and aesthetically blazing. I can adjust everything so that you get where you need to get massaged. The downside is the company that Best Buy uses to deliver is not very customer friendly and does not work with the customer schedule they almost canceled my delivery not happy about the delivery system.

Bought this chair in place of my trusty little ijoy massage chair that I had for years. Massages pretty good and an decent massage for the (calves) legs. I'm still getting used to this chair, but loving it more and more as the days goes by. I like a deep massage and seems like the roller system is built much better than the past. It also has a very nice eye appeal unlike the past massage chairs I bought before, and my wife loves the look. Highly recommended for people that need a daily back massage or 2. I bought an extended warranty plan on squaretrade's website just in case since bestbuy didn't have one to purchase.

This massage chair blends very nicely into the living room. It looks like a regular recliner but it is a very effective massage chair. The options for massage are wonderful and the various speed and intensity of the massage are great.

Need to be able to adjust the tension. Otherwise the chair is quite adequate.
