There are tons of different classes and intensity levels. There is a learning curve if you never used an erg before. I haven't, and it took a few sessions to get dialed in but I look forward to using this every time. I row 5 days per week for 20 mins minimum and feel great afterwards. I paired this with the Peloton and haven't looked back.

It’s solid, comfortable and easy to use. It takes me less time time for a full workout than it used to take me just to get to the gym. We live it
