Occasionally shaky connection to internet. VERY heavy - initially tried to pickup myself which was a big mistake - you'll want this delivered.

Best purchase ever!

And even more thrilled that we purchased it from Best Buy. The delivery was excellent and hassle free.

Not worth it.

I understood that it’s better to have the subscription but didn’t know that it”s completely useless without it. With Other rower machines at least you can have a timer , adjust resistance etc. With this one, nothing !!! Unless you pay monthly . And honestly the subscription it’s not worth it for that amount of money. I have other workout machines that integrate with Apple fitness, Apple Watch ( for heart rate) and even Apple Music, this machine does not do any of that. You have to listen to their own music, and have another HR tracking device, and can’t see your activity in fitness app. Now I have a piece of junk the costed me $2300.

Good investment but concerned with quality

However, the Hydrow started creaking after 10 days and our neighbor complained about the noise. We called Hydrow and Best Buy to replace it. It will take Best Buy 1 month to replace. We don’t know why it takes that long. Now we are waiting for the replacement and hopefully it will be fine this time.
