    Great bike overall, holds charge and gets me to where I need to go. The seat is rough though.

    Great E-bike, charges easily and was simple to setup from delivery. However, the cords running from the handle to the battery are long and have gotten caught on things before. We zip tied them up and that seems to keep them out of the way, but wish they were more hidden or tied in

    So far so good! Adult son loves it on the hills kn south county. Not dangerously fast and can still get exercise but the power assist is great! Looks like a regular mountain bike. Warning, plan only covers battery and electrical mechanism so still yet to be to determimed if worth the price. Not sure how much replacement batteries are, but did get the plan for 2 years.

    I only been able to ride it a hand full of times . I go about 4 miles 3 or 4 times a week . So the charge does last several days. But low quit working about the 3rd ride. So it only has med and high. But the price was fair.

    I bought this Bike a few weeks ago. I took it home and didn't have time to put it together until about a week later. I assembled it and charged it but it does not work. I took it back to Best buy and they told me that I cant return it or exchange it. They told me that I have to contact the manufacturer even though I paid for the Geek Squad protection. It doesn't make sense that Best Buy charged me for the Geek Squad protection but they tell me that I have to go to the manufacturer for any repairs or exchanges.

    The e bike is awesome son loves it too bad my son was just hit by a car whil riding it and bike was destroyed but my son is ok luckily. Looking to buy him another one soon as i can afford it.

    So awesome I hadn’t even gotten home yet to open it! Once I arrived home it was stolen!!! So there goes $600 to whomever ripped off my bike from my patio. I wish Best Buy had a signature requirement that way thing like this would not happen!

    Bike is on the pricey side and had to be put together, but if you know what you’re doing, it’s not really a hassle. Its a really good bike and works perfectly.

    Excellent electric bike great price!!!!Easy to assemble be sure you have the exact tools needed for the assembly. Battery charged in 4 hours and was ready to go.

    Pretty straight-forward assembly but the directions weren’t necessarily clear. Solid bike quality wise. The battery could be better, but good enough

    Had Problem with a Bolt frozen on the axel and missing a part. called Hyper and sent pictures and discussed the problem. They said they would review and get back but it's been 4 days and heard nothing.

    The bike is just cheap all around. When the bike arrived the front brakes didn't work but i wasn't going to worry about it because tou dont really need them fine whatever. The reason I just had to return the bike was after I inflated the rear tire the tube exploded and no I didnt add too much air. You get what you pay for but this bike definitely wouldn't be worth the original price considering what you can buy for the same price. I honestly would have kept the bike if it was in perfect condition because I just wanted an entry level bike to see if I like the hobby. Also it doesn't have a throttle which kind of defeated the purpose of buying an ebike in the first place.
