    It's a good bike for the price. Bought it as a gift for my 12 year old and we have put a lot of mile on it. However it is a cheep bike, Heavy, cheep components derailleur doesn't always shift well, chain has popped off a few times and battery assist computer doesn't always turn on as expected, sometimes you need to reseat the battery or plug the charger in and out to get it to work. But overall it's well worth the price and we have had a lot of fun with it.

    Easy to put together. It’s pretty cool to ride and goes pretty fast! Battery charges easy and is easy to take out of the bike .

    This is a solid bike it is well balanced and easy to ride the battery is lasting well beyond what I expected can’t wait to try it on the local trails my only disappointment was the rubber brake pads and no throttle but better research on my part would have shown that it.is a good entry level bike if you are concerned with spending less money

    I only been able to ride it a hand full of times . I go about 4 miles 3 or 4 times a week . So the charge does last several days. But low quit working about the 3rd ride. So it only has med and high. But the price was fair.

    The e bike is awesome son loves it too bad my son was just hit by a car whil riding it and bike was destroyed but my son is ok luckily. Looking to buy him another one soon as i can afford it.

    I bought this Bike a few weeks ago. I took it home and didn't have time to put it together until about a week later. I assembled it and charged it but it does not work. I took it back to Best buy and they told me that I cant return it or exchange it. They told me that I have to contact the manufacturer even though I paid for the Geek Squad protection. It doesn't make sense that Best Buy charged me for the Geek Squad protection but they tell me that I have to go to the manufacturer for any repairs or exchanges.

    So awesome I hadn’t even gotten home yet to open it! Once I arrived home it was stolen!!! So there goes $600 to whomever ripped off my bike from my patio. I wish Best Buy had a signature requirement that way thing like this would not happen!

    Just like any other bike but the seat really is not the best. Buttocks hurt just riding it. The bike shuts down while riding it. Then you have to turn it off, wait and turn it back on. Very annoying. Only has a 15 day return policy which is ridiculous. Bought a Jason and love it.
