Small and fits everywhere. Metal body with a sturdy build. It has a lot of different ports for different proprietary needs. Worth the price.

This thing works well. One thing I’ve noticed, is that if you have new USB drives, it won’t register them, so you have to plug them into a different computer and format it before the hyperdrive will recognize them. I’m not sure if that’s for all of them or if I just got a faulty one.

The Apple MacBook is a wonderful laptop. However having only a USB type C port can cause problems with hooking up to older devices. So this product fixes those problems. It even is the same color as my MacBook! It almost looks like it’s straight from the factory of Apple. Wonderful product. Very slim and compact design.

The laptop I purchased didn't have all the USB ports I would needed so I purchased this handy item and it works wonder. has everything i need to make presentations on the go; HDMI, USB, Type C etc. The only issue is the size. When plugged into my HP laptop, it covers both ports. Wish it just covered 1 so i could use that extra port.

Extremely easy to install and use...only drawback is that if you have a hardshell case you will most probably have to remove the bottom part on order for the USB-C connector to go in all the way. This is the only reason why I don't give it 5 stars.

I use it on a non MacBook so the peg is useless as there is no way to use it to help stablelize the length of the adapter. I have to put something under it for support. Other than that, it is convenient and I like there isn't a wire connection!

This is a good solution for the Mac book pro and I am happy they have made this since mac has decided to only offer a couple of the usb-c ports that nothing really hooks too. So with that said it does as well as you can expect but this does come unplugged at times and the hdmi for my monitor comes undone on the small movement of computer. Can’t really blame it that much on this product but the usb-c ports can’t hold such a big attachment. If I bought it again I’d get the one with two usb-c plug ins for stability. It came with a black plastic thing but it fell out. Like I said it’s as good as it can be. Get the one with two ports since this thing covers both anyway.

Perfect little attachments. Photo shows the little Aux thingy but you can just retract it by design if not necessary so suits any laptop perfect. And also awesome to be the top of a ROG ALLY not just a laptop side!

Good product if you are mobile. I run around regularly and in the event there is not a converter in the conference room where I am presenting, this is a great one stop shop for all the essential ports.

I bought a Macbook Air, and my first question was, what kind of adapter do I need for my old hard drives. I saw a singe adaptor, but the Best Buy guy showed me the 7 port hub. It's good for when you want more than one thing connected. Like many USB hubs, the USB holes are so close that two flash drives won't fit side by side. To me that's minor, though. The other thing I noticed is that the adapter gets hot. And the flash drive part that goes in gets pretty hot. I read that this is normal. USC-C cables have power going through them. So I don't worry about it, unless more than the prong is hot, or if it's smoking or something. So far it is working just fine. And though it gets hot, I notice that it's not too hot.
