It really bothers me when companies put out products that force us to spend lots of extra money on products that should basically come free with the new product. That’s how I felt when I bought the new Mac 16” laptop that has absolutely no USB ports of any kind. This product allowed me the freedom of choosing my own preferred mouse product. There’s a snag in the design because I was unable to put the bottom portion of my laptop cover on and use this product at the same time. This might be a major problem for Teens and tweens who tend to be careless with their electrical equipment. Would suggest something that is flexible and protrudes out instead. So buyer beware. Other than that It’s small, lightweight, compact and easy to use. I’m a stickler on quality over quantity so the $80 price tag was justifiable to me.

this is a good addition to use on the computer. its small but has enough ports to allow me to use other devices.

This is a great little hub attachment for my MacBook. I am able to plug my laptop in and use the USB port for my wireless mouse and for charging my laptop all at the same time. My only complaint is the price. It seems a little steep at $80.

It works exactly how I need it to and its made of metal so it feels really nice and matches perfect with my gray MacBook Air. I just wish it plugged in a bit more stable but you get that feature with a more expensive dongle.

The IN STORE service was great! The person who helped me find what I needed took time to explain what could be done with the device and how to add it to the new computer. It's now plugged in and working just as it was designed to do.

Simple and easy to use. It is great because it’s so small. Totally worth it and would recommend it.

it does each thing well. only thing is that it isn't that stable if you use it with a port that doesn't have the 3.5mm jack plug for stability. litterally will fall out sometimes because the usb c plug is almost too loose

The item itself would have been an excellent solution to adding additional USB ports to the Surface laptop at work. Unfortunately the Surface itself had a design flaw that made this product impractical, the docking station covered the charging port due to the location of the USB-C slot on the computer. Otherwise the product itself was phenomenal.

I bought this hub for my Asus Zenbook, and I could not get it to connect when plugged into the USB-C port, even though the packaging said it should work with any USB-C. Worked flawlessly when plugged into my MacBook though, so I can’t really complain.

While this product is very convenient with all the ports, it gets extremely hot when using it with my HDMI cable and it is constantly twisting in position due to the cable angle which I try to minimize (but not always possible). I’m sure the USB male prong will end up breaking or my iPad Pro port will end up getting ruined. There should be another clip or something to support any twisting that inevitably happens when cables are attached. I’m currently looking for an alternative hub before my iPad port gets ruined. Can’t afford to have that break.

Small and compact works excellent, use it on the go

This is a must have especially if your using a Mac laptop. It expands the type-c and is small and compact

I bought for the first time a MacBook Pro laptop. I didn't know about usb ports not being the same as my previous PC laptop. I was a little irritated because i should have known better with Apple, different from everybody else. I guess if I had to get a USB-C docking station this has worked so far. It was easy, just plug it in with no software downloads. Worked right away.

This product makes sense, but it is difficult to keep it attached with the case on my MacBook Pro. Also doesn't seem to allow me to charge while this is installed. It also gets really warm.

Great product, works awesome! Its the perfect size.
