Worst company ever

I purchased 2 drift karts and the both came in damaged. The customer support is a joke. I honestly can’t believe Best Buy is affiliated with a company that operates this way. Some of the screws were missing for two of them. We bought some to complete assembling them. One wouldn't stay charged. One has a gear problem. Disappointing Experience with Second Hyper Go Kart

While the first go-kart has been working fine and has provided lots of fun, the second one has been a disappointment. On the second time my child used it, the left rear tire stopped working completely. Despite checking all connections and ensuring the battery was fully charged, we couldn’t get the tire to work. Given that our first go-kart has been reliable, it’s frustrating to encounter such a significant issue so soon with this purchase. I hope the company can address this problem quickly, but for now, I can’t recommend this product based on our recent experience.

Worked only for ONE week then died

She rode it every day for a week, and then, one day, it just wouldn't charge or work. I can't return it, and no one has responded to me to try to troubleshoot or help fix it. Buying this was a costly mistake, and my daughter is so sad.
