I have been able to connect my MacBook Air to two monitors with this device, and it’s has been working smoothly. I hope to upgrade to have native two-screen support, but until then, this device will do! I recommend it.

I love having all the ports this unit provides and an additional HDMI port for a second monitor. Setup was not easy. The instructions for getting the software loaded up could be much clearer.

The HyperDrive Dual 10 Port is incredibly reliable and works exactly as advertised. Plenty of ports, great build quality, and super convenient for expanding my setup. Everything connects smoothly without any issues. Definitely a 5-star product!

This works great with the Mac Book Air M1. No issues. If you use this with a Windows laptop, personally, don't install the software. It works great with both!

I had purchased a new Mac-Mini and purchased two monitors to replace prior system. I had been directed by Best Buy staff to buy what turned out to be the wrong item. Geek Squad team reviewed and recommended a more appropriate while more expensive, it was the right unit. They guided me how to install in and complete the set up ON MY OWN, saving me the expense of another in home visit. Everything working beautifully. I am so grateful. I continue to be impressed by the courtesy and professionalism that I benefit from in my dealings at Best Buy.

This hub allows me to dual extend two monitors, granted there is a refresh rate limit on one of the HDMI ports, if you're using it for basic office work it should be no big deal. I'm using this on an ASUS Zepryrus gaming laptop, downloaded the software and everything worked like a charm. I have it outputting to 2 4k Monitors.

With so many different devices needing different ports, this hub is wonderful. It has USB, USB-c, HDMI, ethernet, and can even do SD cards. It has covered everything I need, especially now that I have a Surface, which has limited types of ports. However, it is pricey.

I had wanted to drive two monitors of my M1 MacBook. This seemed impossible without upgrading to a new M3. By chance, I saw this in the store . It works quite well, with an occasional failure to drive the second monitor. Rebooting seems to do the trick. If it weren’t for the occasional glitches, definite 5 star. Does what it claims it will!

Purchased this to replace an old one I got off of Amazon that was not nearly as nice.

This device has a lot of ports, but beware it does NOT add support for 2 additional independent displays. HDMI 1 supports 1 additional independent monitor, but HDMI 2 only mirrors the main display when running the InstantView app that screen scrapes the main display. I returned it thinking there was a problem with HDMI 2, but it is by design. I am keeping the replacement, but know what you are buying.

Bought for work to use with two monitors and my MacBook Pro. I plugged it in, downloaded the driver and it works perfectly.

It does what they say it does. I use two external displays with my MacBook Pro. It took a couple of hours for me to figure it out without reading or researching much. It does not serve as a power source like some other hubs or docking stations.

Works just as described. I haven’t had any issues with it and it’s working just fine.

Works great for connecting Macbook to USB. Other ports for connecting HDMI AND SD cards.

This Hub IS the best one for my new M2 MacBookAir and the Best Buy salesperson knew it right away!! It was one of the fastest, and easiest tech purchases I ever made!! I have had it now for 4 months and it works perfectly and was worth the highish price. No fuss, no bother, just the right item for my situation. Thanks Best Buy!!

I've been wanting to use dual monitors with my MacBook Air M1 and was so disappointed to learn it's not supported with the Heircool docking station my work provided. Saw this on a YouTube review and purchased the same day, worked perfectly. Dual monitors work great. I also have a webcam going into the USB, and it connected right away. A couple things to note that I woudn't have known had I not watched the video. 1. You have to open the file on your desktop and click "Instant View." I had to download a small update. 2. The HDMI ports are not equal. I have a vertical monitor, but only one of the ports supports rotation, so if both monitors don't have the Rotation option in your display settings, switch the HDMI ports.

We used this to reduce the number of devices attached to our docked laptop using two HDMI monitors however due to a limitation of the laptop, we had to use one on board HDMI and the other from this hub to get both monitors to work.

Excellent product for M1 MacBook users. I've had my M1 MacBook Air for a few years and was always frustrated by lack of 2 external monitor support. I found a review of all USB-C hubs which accomplish this task via software. I bought this product today and downloaded updated software and plugged in my 2 ASUS monitors and it worked on the first try. I turned the laptop off and then back on and it loaded the 2 external monitors with no issues. I am 100% satisfied with this product as it does what it is supposed to do and is easy to use. I notice zero lag on the second monitor. I also added my printer and mouse dongle to the hub as well as USB-C power source.
