Does what it is supposed to. The ports feel cheap.

It was nice real sexy but it couldn’t do the job like the Plugable Tower. I needed this to allow my monitors at home to work on a client issued laptop. It didn’t work so I returned it.

The product works fine when operating but every time my laptop goes to sleep the hub seems to disconnect and does not reconnect upon waking up or powering up. I have to disconnect and reconnect the hub.

As others have noted, there are severe HDMI issues with this hub. It randomly stops sending a display signal to the monitor. It happened the very first time I connected it and then it worked for a few weeks. Today it stopped working and no matter what I try it won't output a signal. The other issue is it is small and light and can be awkward when multiple cables are plugged into it as it doesn't stay in place. I'm returning it.

Returned this port replicator - I got one on Amazon that doesn't take power away from the laptop. On boot up, the laptop said it couldn't boot for lack of enough voltage.

Had trouble connecting to my lab top return and got a Microsoft to be more compatible to my labtop

This device honestly sucks it did not work like I was supposed to definitely not 10gb

I bought it just a few months ago and I only used it a few times and it quit working, Now Best Buy is telling me I have to contact HyperDrive but they didn't give me the contact information for that company.

The HDMI port is defective. There are other reviews regarding this issue and i thought that they might have just been unlucky but nah, I’m assuming its a pretty common issue.

My macbook air keeps flickerint once i plug it and very intermittent issue when trying go extend my mac’s display to my monitor vis HDMI.

Did not work for my requirements, returned it for a higher priced product that did work.

Stopped working about a month after I opened it. Contacted the company to see if they can help me.

It’s not worth the value, not working properly and the technician got my receipt because he gave me the wrong receipt. I haven’t used it since.

i've had mine for two days now & once I figured out how to connect things it works like a champ. I needed to charge both a Samsung S22+ phone & a Samsung S9 Ultra tablet at the sme time. I kept looking & never really found anything that fit the bill. I went to Best Buy to see what they had since the pictures on the website weren't that good. I relooked at the two I was looking for the one I liked & found that they didn't have one in stock in Topeka, KS. I went back home & vowed to go look at my local Best Buy & decided this HyperDrive Next was the one that filled the bill. It has a power cable that goes out of one end that I plug into the USB-C port on the tablet. i plug my phone into one of the two available USB-C ports. I plugged a trackball with a dongle into one of the two older USB technology ports & set the trackball to USB. It worked fine & I had a mouse to go around the screen instead of the touchpen. I plugged my 45 Watt charger on the opposite side of the USB-C hub & everything was charging along. The phone charged faster than the tablet, but I think that was because the Tablet was just out of the box & needed a full change to get things going. I disconnected the dongle & found how to connect the trackball via bluetooth so that saves one USB slot for future use. I will try the ethernet connection when I go back upstairs to my computer room to see how tha works, same thing for the HDMI cable to my 22" monitor. The Samsung S9 Ultra is for traveling to Golf tournaments & doing database updates so that is next on my agenda to connect to one of those databases.

Doesn’t have dual HDMI and that’s the only reason I returned

It’s perfect for my new MacBook Air since there are only two ports.

Received an open box product passed as new. Seal was clearly broken.

Then issue I had with my Galaxy Tab S9 was that if you stopped the charging after the tablet was completely charged it would set off the moisture alert on my tablet. When I used it without the HDMI plugged in it would not send the alert. If you can get by that part it does the job.
