Average, but has NIC issues.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After using this for a little over a month I am mildly satisfied with it. I liked the size, connection and number of ports, and for the most part it works. I do occasionally have issues with screen colors on the 2 external monitors, it will flicker between color profiles, it doesn't happen all the time but at least a few times a week. I did not have this happen with other connectors. My biggest issue is with the LAN connection and the heat. I can plug the lan connection in and it will work for a few days, but then out of no where the network connection just stops sending packets and I need to disable the port and connect to wifi to use the network. The only way to get it to work again is to reboot the system. Overall average, but the NIC issues is a concern. I would return it but have passed my return period, as I have already ordered a replacement for it.

Works Well, Slight Trouble w/ Power
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This works exceedingly well in almost all aspects. I use this for my MacBook Pro and it's great for plugging in two HDMI cords for my monitors and each of the other ports functions just as promised. This is with the exception of the USC-C which I think is supposed to charge the MacBook? It hasn't really worked for me. I do have two extra plugs in my computer, so it's not the end of the world, but it would be more convenient.

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It has been a great investment so far. I wish that they made MAC products a bit less expensive. It is my only complaint

Hub Dock
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This made it very simple to set up my MacBook Pro to appear on a dual monitor display. Since there are so many HDMI, USB, and USB-C ports, I was also able to set up a wireless keyboard, audio speakers, and even plug my Apple TV into one of the monitors to watch Football. Great product.

Fitting Does Not Work on PC's. Apple only devices
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought I could use it on my new HP Envy All-in-One desktop computer. Later found out that the fittings on this device fit Apple's configuration. Will not work on a PC. For what it's worth: My friends that are using this port say it works like a champ. I only wish it would fit on a PC. Had to exchange for another unit which Best Buy did with no problem.

Mac 4K External Dock
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little concerned about buying this and I thought the dual port plug seemed a bit janky but I went ahead with the purchase and I'm glad I did. The dock works great to connect my Mac M1 Air to an external monitor and full 4K resolution. Highly recommend if that's what you are looking to do.

Sleek but doesn’t allow 2 external displays w/M1
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sleek and color matches space gray MBP. Main reason for lack of stars is not really a fault of the connector but beware that in current state this does not enable you to leverage 2 external displays on your M1 powered device. Unfortunate that I was unaware or I would have bought one with displaylink built in, which fixes that problem.

Gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have a bunch of USB devices and cables that predate USB 3. This is a solution that in the end saved me a fair amount of money. Works fine. Lasts a long time. Won't rust. Won't bust. It's a product you can trust.

Solid dock, not for wide screen monitors.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The dock seems solid. I like the added functionality, it does get hot as others mentioned. Picture quality was great with a 27" 4k monitor. However, with a 3440 x 1440 monitor the picture quality was crap. When connecting directly to the monitor vs through the dock there was a noticeable difference.

Worth every nickle
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very Good unit. Have it on a MacBook pro with two USB drives and a Network connection. Used for video and audio capture, recording, and streaming. This is enough throughput to record directly to USB drive WD Black.

Amazing Companion for MacBook Pro M1
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I pair hard this after my disappointing experience with the Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Docking Station. This product is far superior. No issues using it. Plug in you charger and you have three USB ports HDMI and Ethernet added to your MacBook Pro!
