Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the HyperDrive Viper 10-in-2 USB-C Hub's extensive connectivity options and ease of use with their MacBooks. Many appreciate its ability to connect multiple devices and provide additional ports, while some find the device's heat generation and price to be drawbacks. Although generally compatible, some users experienced inconsistent power delivery and limitations with monitor support. The cable length was also noted as a minor inconvenience by a few customers.

Cannot use both HDMI ports on latest 2021 MacBook Pro. Can not figure out why. Also gets very hot and will stop working. This design takes 2 usb C ports and gives only one to use very inconvenient.

I ordered the Hyper-Viper 10-Port USB-C Hub Dock to use with my new McBook Air. The dock far exceeded my expectations. It meets my needs, it’s well built, and is attractive. I highly recommend it.

Got this to use with my new MacBook which only has 2 apple ports. This uses both but allows for so many additional hookup options.

You won't want to buy this product at this price. What it does is just one USB-C hub with several low-speed USB-A ports combined with a USB-C to HDMI cable. To be noticed, it won't enable your M1/M2 chip MacBook to connect two external monitors.

Not compatible with dual monitors on MacBook Air (M1). Had to return and buy a DisplayLink dock. Additionally the cables are clunky and short which limits where you can put the laptop.

Finally !!! 4K60@ Usually all these are 4K30@ and it sucks. This one’s useful and less expensive. I’m using it with a 32’ UHD 4K LG + MacBook Pro 16’. Amazing

Good to have the necessary ports but lacks in quality and sturdiness. The outer portion of the 2 USB C male connectors has already come loose. Can see where it should’ve held by glue.

We've found it ok to use. As others have stated, the power adapter plugs into the same side as the card slots. Stupid location if you ask me. Also it has been somewhat unreliable with staying connected. A few times our Macbook Air has drained its battery due to one of the USB-C connectors not making good contact. It can be easily reset by pulling one of the connector out of the laptop. The cover that holds the two together I slid off the connectors, as it is useless while trying to pull just one connector out.

Nice for a traveling docking station, but don't use it for the MacBook Air with an M1 processor. The dual external monitor feature doesn't work on the MacBook Air with M1 processor.

Over priced & bad quality , within days of using the usb c started detaching , recommend going with another option. Would not buy again. Not the quality you expect with paying over $100 for an adapter

This USB C Port is pretty awesome if you and your computer will be stationary. If you have to be portable like me from time to time while you are working, the extra hanging black cord is not the spot. It's in the way even if you are stationary. However, I am a fan of the ports that are made available on this one device. It works well for what I have going on, but I have to ditch the extra cords for everyday use.

Pretty decent all around. It fits a little tight, and requires a little extra force when disconnecting. Other than that I have No complaints
