Sad does not work as advertised

I got it to use two additional displays in my office. The new MacBook Pro (with M1 chip) does not support two additional displays and for that to take both ports to not work correctly was too much for me. I returned the product and got a different one with one display. New one (same brand) works just fine although only one display.

Glitchy but Functional

The device does get a hot after an hour or two. If the Hub Dock is bumped, one or both connected monitors connected to HDMI ports will go blank.

Works really well with both my MacBook Pro and my windows laptop. My single complaint is that with the two USB-C connections, I can’t remember which carries the power (for the windows which only requires 1 connection)

Has All of the Connections I Need

I run my Macbook Pro closed, but connected to a LG CX OLED and LG Ultrawide monitor, along with a webcam, wired keyboard, and wireless mouse. Works with no issues!

10 port USB-C Hub

Seemed expensive for what it is, but I'm unaware of a less expensive option. Similar piece of equipment by a different manufacturer failed after 6 months. Hoping this one will last.
