Bought the scooter for my son. First scooter had wiring, returned it to the store for an exchange and received another one. When the second scooter arrived it had a bad battery. Called the comoany and had them ship me a new battery. After about 10 total uses. The scooter has an E2 error code. Need to recall the company during their business hours which not really convenient. When the scooter actually worked after the battery swap, its was fast, fun and my son loved it.

I have two kids, so I bought two. Only one would charge! It was a bit of a bummer on christmas morning. Both kids tried out the one that did work and they loved it. So our youngest will keep this one ans our oldest gets to upgrade to a better brand of scooter. I would not reccomend this scooter. I recommend getting a better brand!

Unfortunately, it didnt work once we took it out of the box. We fully charged it to see if it might change the results & turn on but it didn't. Great look, but it just didnt turn on & we had to return it. It's unfortunate that I couldn't recommend this scooter but hopefully it was a different result for others who have purchased it.

Bought 2 for christmas, 1 works the order wont charge. Took it back and they cant replace its as it is sold out and they are unable to place an order for one. When they plugged it in instore sparks came out the ports where it charges. I was told to hold on to it until its restocked. I eneded up getting a better brand and just paying thr difference.

I got the Skute scooter few days late but it was fine. I LOVE my SKUTE !! No issues! Easy to charge- ride-fold,take with me . Told may friends( and strangers!) how happy I am with my Skute!
