Battery lasts a good amount of time too. Only gripe would be that I would love more customization between the intensity levels. It feels like they go from Hard to Extra hard and a couple levels softer could be nice.

Also, it really helps to relieve pain. The intensity on level one is very strong, so I suggest starting there before increasing the speed.
