We’ve had these for over a month and love them. I’m 5’3 and my husband is 6’2 and it works for us both, though I usually use only 4 of the 5 available zones. We’ve been using it religiously on days that we work out and have noticed that recovery is much better. I’m so happy with this purchase.

The boots are great and works without being hooked to the wall (compressor has a battery). The app is somewhat useless, but here is the main problem no one mentions. The critical design flaw is with the zipper near your ankle area. They designed flaps within the inside, but when zipping or unzipping, the flaps inside are always almost caught into the zipper. I had the zipper get stuck so many times I feared breaking it. It’s like having a cheap jacket where the zipper always gets stuck. Asked on how much this cost, this design flaw alone is not worth it. Beware because there is a restock fee and you’ll see what I’m talking about with the inside. Note that if your zipper breaks, your boots are hosed and online reviews honoring the warrant has been poor. Again, I love the boot but has to send it back.

Had been using this at my chiropractors to help with circulation and ankle swelling once a week. Now i can enjoy at home nightly!!

Getting ready to turn 40 and I am an active runner. Started using these boots at cryotherapy and love the fact that I have a pair of my own for on demand usage.

Great help with recovery after playing tennis, running and exercise. Minimal soreness the next day compared to how it was before. Easy to setup and I can work on other stuff while using it.

Great numbing sensation. From my wife to my 7 year old daughter, that are very active and were complaining of leg soreness. Had to buy the small size, and will have to buy other attachments.

They’re great if you have the extra budget, they are similar to a massage and have good pressure. Just keep in mind it’s a small percentage gain by using them, not a magic pill.

They are phenomenal for recovery at a great price. The Pulse has a mobile app and for me it's been pretty much a fail. I connected my phone (a S9) to the Pulse via bluetooth. That went pretty smoothly. I got connected but it immediately threw an error. However, I was connected to the Pulse because I was able to control the time and level. But that's where the good times ended. I could start the recovery but I couldn't stop it. It never recorded the session in the Stats area either. I sent an email to NormaTec but so far they have not responded in 2 business days so I don't know what the issue is.

Works great. Legs feel refreshed after a session. wished it was a little quieter, but overall would highly recommend if you are a serious athlete looking for recovery.

Purchased this for my son to use he loves it! He uses it after his daily workouts sometimes twice a day. I also use it after workouts it is absolutely amazing!!

I bought this for my son who has quite a bit of knee pain due to Osgood Schlatter's and growing. The NormaTec allowed him to get through his basketball season! He would get in the NormaTec after practice and sometimes in the morning before school. It worked miraculously. Really decreased his pain. I highly recommend.

Pretty expensive but it works wonders! I ran about 3 miles daily and this is absolutely great for recovery. No more heavy and painful feeling on my legs.
