Wish I Liked These More

According to the Hyperice website, most users should fit the standard size. I am 5'5 and I have to be lying down in order to get my heels and feet where they are supposed to be. And if you don't get it just right, the pressure squeezes the wrong part of your foot and can be painful. There's also no troubleshooting or no guidelines as to how much time/pressure you should start with or how you should progress (either included with the product or online). Also, good luck ever getting all the air out of these when you're done. I have no idea how you would fit it in that carrying case. Like I said, wish I would have liked these as much as I thought I would.

Posted .Hi there! We are sorry to hear that the Normatec did not suit your needs. We do have a "short" size boot so that may fit you better. In terms of time/pressure, we would suggest that you do at least 25-30 mins of a session to see and feel the benefits. For pressure, we would recommend starting at a lower level 2/3 and then going up from there if more pressure is needed. The air will slowly go out of the attachments, but you can manually push the air out if you would like to get it out quicker. For the carry case, they do need to be folded in a certain way to best fit inside. We recommend folding them long ways (hot dog style) first so it's a little skinnier, then from there folding it shorts ways (hamburger style) into 2 or 3 sections stacking them one on top of the other to fit into the case. Must Have If You’re a Runner
