I looked into to these to aid in my recovery from runs, my legs are always restored and refreshed ready for my runs throughtout the week!

I’ve had these boots for about 6 months now. They definitely provide relief of soreness after hard workouts. I don’t think they have necessarily improved my performance but I do like not feeling as sore the next day. I will take compression boots and ice baths over ibuprofen and acetominophen any day.

Works out if the package, no app required. Strong and even preasure applied with minimal noise. Simplistic operation for fast recovery.

This is an excellent recovery unit. I actually purchased this for treatment and recovery of my knee after a total knee replacement. As you recover, there’s edema in and around the knee which makes mobility more limited. I started using this device after writing, the bicycle and I found that the swelling was reduced, and the recovery was faster. I compared it to the other companies device, which is also very good and opted for this one because it was a little bit more flexible and 100 hundred $ cheaper.

These are the best things that I have purchased for my husband. He absolutely loves them and does them almost daily. He is a runner and a biker and they really help. I would recommend them for anyone not just someone that is really active but someone that needs a little bit of extra comfort or relaxation in their legs. I have even put them on and they are amazing we traveled with them so if you’re someone that travels frequently, these help with that jet leg or that fluid in a leg. 10 out of 10

As a massage therapist who spends long hours on my feet, I purchased these boots to help alleviate leg soreness—and they have proven to be an excellent investment. I use them several times a week, and they’ve significantly reduced discomfort and improved circulation in my legs. The results have exceeded my expectations. The Normatec 3 legs is fantastic. I am 6'2" 220 and it fits perfectly. It helps me with recovery after doing an hour plus of cardio every other day. I wish I would of gotten this sooner.

These things are well built, easy to use, and aid in recovery in my view. Definitely worth it.

Love these, perfect for recovery during bike training season or even just for in-between gym sessions. Refresh those legs and get the fatigue out of them.

The gym I worked out had them and tried it for a week straight. After a week, I decided I needed to have them at home for my personal use, and I have enjoyed using it. I’m usually on my feet for 12-13 hours a day, and I use it daily. I know the price tag is a little steep, but it’s something I needed to have longevity for my job.

I bought these to help with my leg recovery after cycling, lifting, and even being on my feet all day sometimes. I have only had them a couple of weeks, but I can already see a huge difference in soreness and even restless leg syndrome.

This is a great recovery tool. I can notice a big difference in how long my soreness lasts when I use these after a hard workout.

I recently took up road biking and got involved with a group that likes to ride hard and fast for 40 miles. My legs burn out and I use the Normatec to reduce the lactic acid and soreness in my muscles. I do it for 30 minutes and they work like a charm. Highly recommend them.

I’ve own a few of the cheaper versions of this product and none compared to the Normatec does. The compression feels much more substantial and even. The product itself is much higher built quality than the cheaper ones I’ve had. The whole family uses this thing.

I work as a bartneder and had used these ar various treatment facilities in my area. I bought my own for home use and can't say enough positive about them! Great for easing soreness and swelling after long weekends on your feet the whole time!
