This is an excellent recovery unit. I actually purchased this for treatment and recovery of my knee after a total knee replacement. As you recover, there’s edema in and around the knee which makes mobility more limited. I started using this device after writing, the bicycle and I found that the swelling was reduced, and the recovery was faster. I compared it to the other companies device, which is also very good and opted for this one because it was a little bit more flexible and 100 hundred $ cheaper.

Works really well. Training for a marathon and it's not only helped me get ready for my long runs and recover from my long runs, but it's helped me overcome my case of runner's knee

These are the best things that I have purchased for my husband. He absolutely loves them and does them almost daily. He is a runner and a biker and they really help. I would recommend them for anyone not just someone that is really active but someone that needs a little bit of extra comfort or relaxation in their legs. I have even put them on and they are amazing we traveled with them so if you’re someone that travels frequently, these help with that jet leg or that fluid in a leg. 10 out of 10

One of my more expensive purchases but it was definitely worth it. I use it around 2-3 times a week after workouts or long basketball/volleyball runs. Does it actually do what it says? I would say so. I cant speak for the validity of their claims/science but I do think regular use definitely makes a difference.

I’ve had these boots for about 6 months now. They definitely provide relief of soreness after hard workouts. I don’t think they have necessarily improved my performance but I do like not feeling as sore the next day. I will take compression boots and ice baths over ibuprofen and acetominophen any day.

Considerable upgrade in design since the first generation boots that I had 10 years ago, I highly recommend these for anyone that needs help with recovery

helpful for recovery of my legs after PT session or biking. use 15-30 minutes sessions. I am on shorter side (5ft 5 inches) andappears better designed for somewhat taller individuals.

These are fantastic when your legs are feeling tired, after a round of golf or after a longish flight. Slip them, press start, watch TV for 30 minutes, and your legs will thank you!
