We got the standard size and my wife feels like it fits OK even though she's 5'2 (and a half...allegedly). She runs 60 miles a week and uses it a few times a week. The kids also use it after soccer/track practices. A unit without the air tubes would be more convenient, but this maybe creates fewer points of failure.

Also, using the boots and the pressure would cause pinch points. Certain areas provided good relief while other areas were uncomfortable (I understand it’s like that with actual massages). The value is having this available vs always paying for a massage. The downside is it’s only lower body and the upper body additions are an extra cost and don’t do anything for the back.

There isn't much tech to these and you can find other brands for half the cost. I had used this brand before and felt there was value with it, but not sure the price is justifiable. If nothing else though, its a nice leg massage.

No but seriously, these are a game changer for runners and speeding up your recovery between runs and workouts.
