These babies are expensive but definitely worth it. Battery lasts a lot of uses and it’s easy to use. Just make sure to position legs correctly or discomfort can happen.

They worked great but the charger didn't work. It took two weeks to get a new charger from Hyperice. I had the prior version and these are so much better, no hoses to connect and disconnect and the app is very easy to use. I just wish the customer service was better. Its a shame to have a great product but poor customer service.

For something that costs $1,000 you would expect t it to work. Unfortunately, right out of the box they are deffective. The right leg does not compress as much as the left leg eventhough they are set to the same level. Tried reaching out to the company about it and have not been able to get through to anybody and have yet to have my email replied to. I went with the more expensive leg compression device thinking it would work best and wouldn't have to worry about it which has not been the case and the lack of responsiveness from the Normatec has me questioning my decision.

For runners! My gf and I are loving these boots!

I am completely new to Normatec and this movement of dynamic air compression recovery, and my girlfriend and I have been using these boots for about two weeks, and we love them. My girlfriend is a hardcore runner, she runs ultras and marathons at least once per month, and I am more of your 10k and half marathon runner. We both have been using this to prep for our run and for the recovery. I can’t say that this thing completely removes my soreness the day after a run, but it does feel great and I do feel like it helps with the recovery and definitely with the preparation to the run. Here are 3 things that I love about these boots. 1) The fact that I didn’t have to download an app to be able to set these up. I just charged them, turn them on, and relaxed and let it do it’s work. I love it. Yes, the app is nice and can help you customize the session but personally I am not a fan of all these apps that devices make us download, and so this is a win-win! You don’t need your phone! 2) The boot design and how each boot has a battery. I am new to this tech, but I saw videos of previous units and I appreciate that each boot has a battery and no need to have any wires connected with each other. The boots automatically sync with each other once you turn them both on, and if you hit start on one, the other one follows without you having to click start. I appreciate the connectivity and the ease of use. 3) Battery hold – my girlfriend used this for about 8 sessions, and each session is 30 minutes, and I was impressed by this. Not sure how previous one hold up, but again wireless no cables, and it can last for a week. Perfect! The only thing I wish was a little better was how long it takes for these to deflate. If you try to pack them up quickly after being done with your session they feel bulky. I did learn that if you start from the battery and start folding down, it helps release the air. So this part has gotten better. Overall, I highly recommend these for anyone looking at adding some prep and recovery to their runs. As I said, I am your typical half-marathon runner and my girlfriend is the ultra/marathon runner, and she loves these! I also love them, but she uses them more than me and that’s because she runs more!

So disappointed. These have no pressure even on level 7. I’ll keep the hoses and cords. Compared to a normal plug in version and even an off brand I have these are terrible. DO NOT BUY THIS VERSION.

Elite Air Compression for Optimal Muscle Recovery

As someone who values both fitness and recovery, I was excited to try the Hyperice Normatec Elite. This air compression leg boot system promises a professional-level massage experience, and after weeks of use, I can confidently say it delivers on that promise. The integrated system, which eliminates the need for hoses or a separate control unit, makes it incredibly user-friendly. Setting up is a breeze – just slip on the boots, and you're ready to go. The sleek design and intuitive interface immediately impressed me. One of the standout features is the seven levels of compression. This range allows you to customize your massage to suit your needs, whether you're looking for a gentle recovery session or a more intense muscle revival. The ZoneBoost technology is particularly noteworthy. It targets specific areas, mimicking the hands of a professional masseuse, which is fantastic for relieving pain and reviving tired muscles. I noticed a significant difference in my post-workout recovery times; the usual soreness was greatly diminished. The battery life of up to four hours is another strong point. I found it sufficient for multiple sessions before needing a recharge, which is perfect for those who are always on the go. It's a relief not to be tethered to a power outlet, giving you the freedom to use the Normatec Elite wherever you are. This portability makes it an excellent companion for athletes who travel frequently or anyone who values convenience in their recovery tools. HyperSync technology is another feature worth mentioning. It ensures a symmetrical massage, which is essential for balanced recovery. This technology syncs the pressure in both boots, providing a consistent and effective massage experience. In my opinion, this level of synchronization is a game-changer, ensuring that each session is as effective as possible. It’s the kind of detail that shows the thought and research put into the design of this product. Customizable settings via the Hyperice App add another layer of personalization. The app is straightforward and easy to navigate, allowing you to adjust the settings to fit your specific needs. I appreciated the ability to save my favorite settings for quick access, which streamlined my recovery routine. The app also provides useful insights and tips, making it a handy companion to the Normatec Elite. Temporary increase in circulation and relief from minor aches and pains are some of the immediate benefits I noticed. The dynamic air compression feels incredibly soothing, and it’s clear that this device is built on solid, science-backed research. The feeling of rejuvenation after each session is hard to overstate. It’s not just about relieving pain; it’s about feeling ready to tackle the next workout or day with renewed energy. For athletes and fitness enthusiasts, the Hyperice Normatec Elite is a must-have. Its high-end features and user-friendly design make it a standout in the market of recovery tools. It’s clear that this device is designed with serious recovery in mind, offering professional-grade massage in the comfort of your home. In my experience, it’s a worthy investment for anyone looking to improve their recovery process. In conclusion, the Hyperice Normatec Elite has exceeded my expectations in every way. From its easy setup and long battery life to the customizable compression settings and innovative technologies, it’s a comprehensive recovery solution. Whether you’re an athlete or someone dealing with everyday aches and pains, this device offers significant benefits. I highly recommend giving it a try – your muscles will thank you.

The Hyperice Normatec Elite uses premium dynamic air compression to provide a fantastic leg massage experience. Following are my observations after using it for the past several days: - I got the standard size unit, which is stated to be for an inseam of 31 - 35 inches or for people who are 5'4" - 6'3" tall. I am 6'2" tall and it covers my entire legs including my full thigh, almost up to the groin area, so the coverage is great for massaging the full legs, including feet. - They have zippers to make it easy to put them on. Once they are on, you just get in a comfortable position, sitting, reclining or lying down, and you are ready to begin. It says you can wear over comfortable clothing, but not over clothing that will bunch up and with nothing in your pockets. This makes sense because the compression will get tight enough that bunched up fabric could be uncomfortable, depending on the level you set. I like to wear gym shorts and socks while using it, for this reason, and I like to kick back in a recliner for the massage. - I love the fact that there are no cords or anything that needs to connect the two legs together or plug into anything. Both legs have their own chargeable controller right on the leg sleeve. However, the two leg units come paired with each other, so when you start one, they both start up and work in sync with each other so the experience and timing on both legs is the same. You can unpair them if you want to run them separately for different amounts of pressure, for example. You can easily pair them again after unpairing them. - They come with a charging block attached to a dual cord so you can charge the controllers on both legs at the same time. On a full charge, they have up to four hours of battery life. - When running a massage session, you can control them with the controllers on the leg sleeves. You can set a timer in 15 minute increments. I like to use them for 30 minute sessions. - The controllers allow you to set the timer for the amount of treatment time, adjust the pressure between 7 different levels of compression (the level shows on the controllers), select a zone boost if you have a specific zone you want to apply more pressure on, start or stop your session (it automatically stops if you use the timer, but you can stop or pause the session at any time.) The controllers also have on/off buttons, battery level indicators, a Bluetooth status indicator and a HyperSync status indicator to show if they are currently paired or synced. Everything you need to operate a massage session is on the controllers that are attached right to the leg sleeves. However, you can also download the Hyperice App, which will automatically connect to your Normatec Elite via Bluetooth and then operate the units with he App and access advanced features and additional customization. - The massage sessions I've experienced with the Normatec Elite have been great! The amount of compression inflates and deflates and kneads your feet and legs, one zone at a time, starting with the feet and all the way up your legs. This movement up the zones happens multiple times over the course of a 30 minute session. My preference is to run 30 minute sessions on level 4 pressure and I add in a zone boost on the foot zone. However, each person can adjust the pressure, length of session and use of zone boost to customize your massage the way you like it the best. When I get home from work, my legs and feet are typically tired and often jumpy. I put on the Normatec Elite for 30 minutes and when my session is done, my legs feel significantly better and ready for evening activities. I took a long bike ride this past weekend, after which my legs were very tired. A 30 minute session in the Normatec Elite felt so good after the ride and my legs felt great afterwards. I highly recommend the Hyperice Normatec Elite!

Living with Lymphedema would be impossible without these particular Normatec Leg Message Units. They have several patterns and pressure selections that are fantastic . If your insurance won’t pay for a specific prescription .. These are a good substitute at a fraction of the cost.

I do morning runs every day, I skateboard, and when I am working, I am on my feet all day. Even when I would try to relax and unwind, sometimes my legs would be too sore or feel “anxious”. When I heard about the Hyperice Noratec device, I figured that since most of everything that I had heard was positive, I might as well give it a try. Let me say that all the positive word around this product was definitely undersold! My first session with the Noratec Elite was amazing. I had expected some air compression in various parts of my legs but the Elite felt like an actual masseuse was decompressing the soreness and stress that we all carry. Set-Up: Upon opening the box, I was surprised to see that there weren’t a bunch of wires that could get tangled or accidentally yanked. Each leg sleeve is wireless and communicates with each other. All I needed to do was properly charge the leg sleeves and I was good to go. Each leg has a small control box that is secured on the side. The readout on these controls is clear, allowing you to adjust the settings to what you desire. Performance: After one 30-minute session with the Elite, I felt like I had new legs. This thing is amazing at how it manages to somehow apply the perfect pressure around each area like the thighs, calves, and feet. I reclined in my chair, turned on the TV, and nearly drifted off to sleep because the Elite just massaged the stress away. And what’s even cooler was that the following day, not only was I not sore but by day’s end, my legs and feet were not as exhausted as they typically would’ve been. The Elite isn’t loud, I can run 30-minute sessions with the TV on or play on my phone without being disrupted. I think that whether you’re an athlete, or someone who is on their feet all day and just wants to melt into a solid leg massage, then you’re going to want this.
