    Does not work as I envisaged.

    I totally did not fully research this product, purchased same and now realize it does not hold the heat at the selected temperature for the entire 15 minutes. Placed the heat on high (3 dots) and it heats up for maybe 15/20 seconds and then no heat for about a minute and some then heat for 15/20 seconds at best. Heat on and off for the entire 15 minutes. Why does it not hold the desired heat for the entire 15 minutes. Back to old reliable $20 heat pad, which when it reaches its temperature remains there for as long as it is plugged in. Wasted over $240 for what, an intermittent heat belt.

    Buyer beware - does not last

    Hyperice does not support their products beyond 1 year. If you want to pay $250+ shipping for 12 months of use, go right ahead. My first unit showed up DOA. My second unit stays on for 1 minutes before turning itself off. Be warned. Stay away unless you like throwing money away.
