    This iteam is great for back pain and stiffness. Heats up fast in seconds. Only stays on for 20 mins without the hyperice app but thats not a pain for me

    Likes: vibrates, heat and different setting for vibrations and heating. Didlikes: battery life only lasts 15 mins each cycle, after 3 cycles have to charge the battery.
