I wish it had a USB charging port instead of old school round AC/DC power port. Vibration is just ok, a little annoying. The heat is what I mostly use. Normal Back brace is like $50, a "back heat pack" that you need to microwave another $30. So make the decision that is best of you

Not Sure It’s Worth the Money

There are three levels of vibration and heat settings. The intensity of the highest level heat is fantastic. I didn’t find the vibration feature added any added relief. It would be nice of the sessions lasted longer. It would be nice if you could set the duration you wanted. The battery life is poor. Lastly, a few weeks out of the box it still has a very strong chemical smell that transfers to clothing.
