Its very good at releasing lactic acid build up. I use a percussive massage gun on my wuads and then apply this to add heat and further aid recovery. The result is insanely fast soreness relief.

My vibrating toothbrush would be better than the vibration this thing delivers. Disappointed that i wasted gas to buy it and gas to return it a few hours later. The sign in the store says “ask a representative for a demo” i did and nobody was able to demo any of the therapy products.

The vibration on our Venom Go is there just to help stimulate blood flow to the area being treated. This vibration is not as intense as some massagers are, which you may have been expecting with this device. For more intense massaging therapy, we would advise you to explore our percussion therapy devices in our Hypervolt line. We also just introduced the Heated Head Attachment that is compatible with all of our Hypervolt models that will allow you to get the same heat as our Venom line, but now have it paired with the percussion massage of our Hypervolts!

The adhesive pads are completely reusable up to 20 times each. Be sure to wipe the area clean of any sweat, oil, lotion, or debris before applying the pad.
