Product surprised me with how great it worked. How fast it got cold, or how fast it heated up. Only downfall, doesn’t hold charge very long, and takes a while to charge back up once low.

I use daily after workouts and to help ease pain in knee. Great to have Heat or ice for my knee anytime I want with ease.

I have had problems with my knee for as long as I can remember now, this helped me a little bit.

Great product! My son had ACL surgery and this was great for using the cool mode. Just be careful it does get very cold if you set on the coldest setting. He absolutely loves it.

I use this product for my bum knee when it swells up due to any intense physical activity... This has done wonders for my pain and just therapy alone. I use it in the bed, the car, the airplane etc. If you have issues with your knees as I do, you'll absolutely love this product.

Love for ice (deceptively cold) and for heat (wonderful to get moving) for my new knee replacement. First one broke within 45 days. Worth the $60 for replacement after spending $400. Been a god send!

This helped with knee pain and blood flow. Loved that it cools and heats up all in one session and also that I am able to set the hot and cold temperatures.

Functionally it’s great, but just about the time you feel some relief the battery dies. Improvements are needed in the battery life. The hot and cold functions are great and I’m more likely to use this than busting out heating pads and ice packs. Just wish this beauty had more juice so the relief would last longer.

I was skeptical at first. How can this mimic ice, without ice being put in it. I did a test ice pack on one knee, Hyper ice on the other. It was just as cold as the ice pack. It also produces heat. I literally can't have it on the hottest setting. It's a little to hot for me! Need to make a habit of using this more than what I normally do.

This device is amazing! The fact that I can "ice" my knee anywhere without having to lug around ice packs is awesome! I love the contrast therapy mode. When charged fully I can do several different treatment cycles before having to charge again. I also love that you can use the device while it is charging if necessary. This is must have for a knee injury!!

Not sure what's up with the negative reviews. I LOVE my Hyperice X. I am actually thinking of buying another one. No problems connecting.....the contrast (hot/cold) routines are great. Plenty of battery to last multiple uses before recharging. Expensive but I got it on sale which sealed the deal.
