    It's a good device. Very convenient when you wanna do contrast therapy to not have to change from cold to a hot pack and vice versa. I just wish it would get colder, and the battery could last a little longer.

    Device works as adverised. Connexts via Bluetooth to thr Hyperice application and allows you to cool or heat your knee wirelessly and without mess. There are multiple routines as well for length, type of therapy and id you want to go from hot to cold and back.

    I’ve been using it for about a month, and it does everything that I expected. Love having it in Contrast mode, but my wife likes it in the heat mode. I liked it do much tgat I purchased one for my Mom who’s having knee issues.

    Absolutely love this!!! The auto programs are great. With the adjustable temperatures for both hot and cold it works for both myself and my wife. I really like the hot / cold program. HIGHLY recommend hyperice, only wish they made this for shoulders...

    I have no cartilage in my right knee so the bone on bone contact create painful swelling this device takes the pain away or minimalizes to a small levelit also works with my apple watch and recommend which program i should use

    This device is extremely convenient…you can ice or heat your knees anywhere at anytime. It holds enough charge to do 2-3 treatments before having to recharge it. Saves the mess of having ice bags or heating pads.

    I have a torn medial meniscus in my left knee and this has been great for recovery after working out. Live that I can “ice” my knee without having to get a pack out the freezer or heat my knee without having to plug in a heating pad

    The Hyperice x would’ve been a complete home run but there are issues that I am dealing withthat are really bringing down the rating. 1. I am getting 2 contrast sessions, 24 minutes each, before I need to recharge. 2. Charge time is well over 4 hours. The heat/cold work well. Very focus on where the fans are but still provides some relief. At $350 I’m really not pleased with the battery life/charge time.
