    Too expensive for the price, the app drops out from time to time so the machine stops working. The battery sucks for the price you are paying for this item after two uses you have to recharge it and it takes about six hours to fully charge.It is a good machine it works well but for the price, it is too expensive, also what happens to the machine when the app breaks down or the app disappears you are stuck with a worthless machine because it only works with the app.

To get the most out of the device and the app, please make sure you have the most updated version of the app and that you have updated the firmware on the device itself. For the battery life, the battery will last a few sessions depending on what program you are running. The good thing is that the device can be used while plugged into the charger, you just won't be able to be mobile when it is plugged in.     Love the product and how convenient it is with having hot and cold therapy but my battery stopped charging after having it for less than two months. My advice is to get the geek squad warranty with this product!
