I hate that I’m having to return this product but the company definitely over thought this one. should have never made this product app-based. Constantly disconnects and stops working. I should have listened to the other reviews. If they would’ve just had a power, heat and cold button this product would’ve been amazing. No reason to be Bluetooth app based. This is where all the problems lie.

I have used all of this companies products. This is the least effective. Unfortunately I wanted this product to work better than it does. A good ice pack beats out this machine every time.

2 suggestions. 1. Make it work with apple watch. 2. Let it get colder for longer. Great item

Best device for ice and hesting. Top notch technology

Worked ok, but bricked after 3 uses. After a series of emails, got an RMA and sent it in for replacement. 7 weeks later, still no replacement....

It gets cold and I mean cold and hot is hot..just not for a plus size leg

Takes forever to charge and battery is dead fast. App keeps crashing. The device stops randomly in the middle of the time set.

good product, comfortable to wear but you can't move around much. does a very good job of cooling down

Like most items by hyperice its overpriced and does nothing. Ive tried this and the heat model that came before. In this update they removed the vibration and added fans all over to cool. It does what it says but not well enough to replace ice and not hot enough to warrant the cost. If you want to invest in a worthwhile item invest in normatec compression technology and dont waste your money on this junk.

Not a necessity when you live far from the gym too many things can go wrong

Definitely a nice product when it works, but with that huge red flag. WHEN. Half the time the sessions end unexpectedly midway through or it won’t even connect to start with. Very disappointed after being a happy Hypervolt customer for years.

While I have loved and used prior Hyperice products, this was not very good. Without the first use of it on my knee in the app, it already stopped working, even after a full charge. The app that I had to download to use it stated to reach out to customer service. I reached out to Hyperice customer service and was not given any assistance at all. All in all, it was a headache and was returned. I wanted to love it at a runner but it was not worth $400 at all.

Got rid of all the inflammation in my knees. Life changing. Went from low will to exercise, back to full desire.

Great quality and long lasting for the contrast on the knee. Perfect for after my long runs for recovery

Easy to use, works well heat and ice travels well. Battery life is not that long but you can use it when it charging so that’s a plus.

Came broken top fan didn’t work, customer service is kinda sucky.

Device definitely helped my condition and relieved a ton of inflammation and pain. I wish the battery lasted a little longer as it lasts about 2 treatments before it dies, but I would still recommend the product. Super easy to setup and use the application.

Instant relief for knee pain, and the fact it’s cordless is outstanding! My wife has already used during a several hour drive. If you dont have a phone handy, no problem. You can just use a quick manual mode for heat/cool/combination.
