Well Above Average - 7.1 Software Needs Fixing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the headset. I decided to purchase the 7.1 surround sound gaming headset. The Cloud Alphas are obviously amazing! Same headset as the original Cloud Alpha. It's the 7.1 software that is horrific. It sounds extremely muffled, you can't adjust the equalization, and you have to download 3rd party software to fix it. Personally guys, I would go with just the Cloud Alphas without the 7.1. I didn't return mine because hopefully HyperX will fix the software issue.
