I enjoy using the cloud alpha. I do occasionally have issues with it cutting out while in voice chat. I would recommend with some caution. A great alternative would be a Logitech headset like the 935.

My grandson loves his headset. Overall good customer Service. My only concern would be the limited stock. Also on-line orders has not been working properly. We have trying to order the PS5 and the system has failed me on numerous occasions.

I purchased this headset just for discord, sometimes others say they can hear my music playing in the background even though my mic is off. its not the end of the world and its barely noticeable.

I bought this headset for my teenager for Christmas (of course got it while on sale). He hide his homework and looked for the best since he needed it for his school and gaming. I love that he loves them but hate that he can’t hear me at times when he’s playing.

My son loves his new headphones! His old ones were from Turtle Beach but they aged with time so this was a good pair to upgrade to. Sometimes when I speak to him and he has these on, he can't even hear me without taking them off. We got them on sale.

Nice fit and trim. Haven't used them for online Chat yet. If you have perfect hearing maybe these are fine,,, But if you have any bit of hearing loss these absolutely suck! Volume levels at 100% across the board on the PC (MSI GS75 Stealth Laptop) and the Volume level is way too low for enjoyment in a Game or Music listening. In the past I've had USB Headset's that were the same as this but I figured after 6 years the manufacturers would have this stuff figured out. Obviously Not!!

Good sound quality , but mic audio itself it’s pretty average friends say I sound far away sometimes but when the mic is too close all they hear is me breathing lmao

The sound quality is not that great for a ps5, it’s really hard to control the sounds great for pc but not for ps5

I ordered these headphones for pick up in store. The store didn't have any to fill my order, so I changed it to the free shipping. This was all no real problem. The headset feels well made and comfortable to wear, and they sounded great when I first started using them, but that's where it ends. I installed their software NGENUITY and it updated the firmware of the headset, I thought it would only get better. Boy was I wrong, All sounds through this headset now sounds like you are listening to a video or game in a bathroom, underwater, and through a tin can all at the same time. The only reprieve to this horrible sound is when it constantly cuts in and out, at least I get a second or 2 of silence before the sound comes back. Also, if there is a lot of different sounds happening in a game at once, the sounds will get lagged and you will start to hear the sounds start to get like a really bad voice over movie, and the volume will be all over the place. I have tried every work around I could find online to make these work, but nothing works. Unfortunately, I will be forced to return these to the store. I really hope I happened to get a defective pair (I haven't seen many bad reviews on this), but I won't find out, because of the distance I have to drive to the nearest store, I'm not going to take that chance.

I pretty much use it for COD warzone and I am very happy with it. Make sure you adjust your volume setting in game to make sure that the music and SFX are reduced, otherwise kiss your hearing goodbye.

Great for PS5. Didn’t really use the 7.1 surround sound. It sounded more dramatic than it should of been to be honest. But overall good hesdset

Not the best headphones the bass is too much but they are good for gaming

Sound is great and I can’t hear my roommates when they play their games but if you wear glasses they start to hurt after an hour or so.

Best Buy won't sell & SHIP the 7.1 USB card, so I had to buy the entire rig as a back-up. At least I caught it 'on sale' - Pity the mic doesn't retract into head phone...

love that its USB and 3.5 jack and not have to worry about long distance because it works on your gaming keyboard as long as the keyboard has a USB connection available. Love the sound. Works well with discord.

I didn't realize the button would be used so much. That Chat mixer works good to with friends online during a game. Better than theirs but I don't tell them that or I would be playing alone. ha ha

Great headset, just wish I got the blackout version instead of the blue one, but that's just personal preference. Mic monitoring is a great feature (activated by holding the mic mute button)

Good balanced sound. The audio isn't better than their older cloud 2 headsets that is only $100 but the audio is decent.

it's clean & nice headset! however, the adhesive stickers on the side of the headphone was so hard to get off and so was the residue. other than that, it's nice :)

Just buy the next cheaper model. You don't need the fancy 7.1 surround sound for gaming, it actually sounds worse in my opinion. Still a solid product.
