Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Cloud Alpha S headset's superior sound quality and comfortable design as major strengths, with many praising the immersive audio experience and lightweight feel. Positive feedback also highlights the adjustable bass and good value for the price. However, some users mention that the volume could be improved and that the cord length may be insufficient depending on the setup. The detachable microphone is another feature that receives mixed reviews.

Man the reviews on bestbuy are either extremely unrealiable or the people who have left the reviews have not had quality audio before. This is by far the worst headset I've tried. Odd part is that I have used the cloud II before at the office, and those were pretty decent. My previous experience with the clouds was the reason I decided to get these but wow the audio is horrible. Everything sounds muffled and the volume is really low. Sounds the same with and without the 7.1 enabled. The software from the vendor is not great, no eq or adjustments that you can make for different purposes and you have to install it directly from the microsoft store (first red flag); not sure if I got a faulty pair but from now on I'm staying away from hyperx. I previously had the Corsair Void Pro with Dolby 7.1 what a gem that was. Although cliche, its true what they say you dont know what you have until its gone. The packaging is on point, the design of the headset is asthetically pleasing and sturdy but it lacks the performance-which in my opinion is of more importance.

Like them cause I can hear everything clear. Play games and everyone sounds like they are sitting right next to me. Had a old pair and didn’t sound as good would recommend to anyone

Great headset but I don’t like that the buttons aren’t on the headset itself. It’s on the wire. Besides that, great product.

Had it for a few weeks and it is working great. It did take a bit to get the mic working in a few games. I think it's a game issue though.

I had an older HyperX headset I got about 5 years ago, I finally replaced them with these. The ability to adjust game and chat volume on the fly is so very useful.

Worst headset I have ever had the displeasure of insulting my ears with. Terrible sound quality, not nearly loud as they should be. They are lightweight and fairly comfortable, so if you like comfortable garbage this headset is for you!

It’s a great headset but it does have it’s issues. For one the microphone isn’t that good. It’s as if they used an old microphone for the headset. Next issue is the 7.1 mode I had high expectations for the mode and while it does provide surround sound the sound quality becomes worse when using the mode so there really isn’t a point to using the 7.1 mode.
