The sound quality is awful I don’t know how there are reviews of people saying this is better than the cloud 2’s. In game is the worst with the surround sound as well, everything is distorted and it’s like a spatial sound, very hard to explain. Too bad there’s no option to have switch between stereo and surround sound, maybe that would do this headset justice. The bass sliders don’t even work, you can’t even tell a difference. To top it off, the pricing is ridiculous - would not recommend

I emailed support for the low volume on this product and they never responded. As well as buzzing sounds straight out of the box

THEY GAVE ME BROKEN HEADSET

Not 7.1 Surround Sound

The feeling on my head was great, they weren't heavy at all. They didn't hurt my ears at all. The sound was below par for me. I use them for gaming (call of duty, BF5) I Couldn't tell where the shots were coming from. I also couldn't tell which way anyone was coming from (sneaking up behind) it mostly sounded line stereo. No surround sound at all. I brought them back.

The mic made me sound like I had a stuffy nose. The sound quality was a bit "fishbowly" and was even worse with the cloth earpads on. The Hyperx software does not let you change EQ presets so you will have to use your motherboard's built-in sound card.
