The different earphone padding was an excellent add to the product, while others say its over priced for a gaming headset I'd disagree. First you get 7.1 Surround sound plus a chat mixer AND adjustable bass, but that's not all. you get the mic and it surprisingly sounds good for a headset mic, including the mute button on the little controller for the headset. It also comes with the extra pair of earphone padding which is good for people that may have sensory issues or people that just prefer one or the other, All of this and a travel bag that can fit everything in it. Packaging was great everything fit snug inside. Also love the USB port and the regular jack for headsets, just to give you options. If there was one thing I dislike about this is the fact that you can only achieve the 7.1 surround sound with the USB port only. Overall great product for the price and all the other accessories. If you're contemplating buying it, BUY IT!!! (I got mine for $103 but i do think the original price which was $129 is a bit much)

The sound quality through the headphones is top quality for a gaming headset, and the added feature of 7.1 Surround Sound makes it even better. Although the downside to the surround sound is that it kind of hurts the ears after listening to a lot of things for a while, so try not to use it all the time. PROS=== -Interchangeable Cups -Adjustable Mixer -Analog Bass Control -7.1 Surround Sound CONS=== -Headset Microphone Quality -Wired -7.1 Surround Sound Overall, I repeat that this is still a very good headset. I prefer wireless headsets for the extra maneuverability, but that's just me. I listed surround sound as a pro and con mainly because it can get a little too loud, but it does provide the extra edge in intense tactical gaming.

I was lucky enough to take advantage of Best Buys 2 year accidental damage warranty because my cat chewed threw the cable. If it wasn't for it not being in stock at the time of my return, I likely would have went with the same headset.
