Have owned for around 8 months now and absolutely love this headset. Battery life truly is insane, I can walk around the majority of my house without losing connection (~1,100 sq ft house, including basement) and the audio is as good as I (a non-audiophile for those that would care) could ask for. I can't speak to the quality of the mic as I use an elgato wave 3 mic, but that's about the only thing I can mention.
OH! I've not noticed (heavy emphasis on noticed) an issues with the software for this either! Often times the necessary software is what takes even a good product and makes it terrible (I'm looking at you, Razer) but I've not noticed any issues here!

Great sound, so far battery is holding up. Fit is more comfortable than the many others I’ve used over the last 25+ years. Only complaint so far is the tiny recessed on off button.

I've tried using over 10 headsets to find the best one for me. I decided to stick with this headset to keep because it held the most consistent sound quality. Sound quality is the most important feature in any headset for me, especially clarity in deep bass and loudness. This was the most immersive headset in my experience. The super long battery life is just another reason I love this headset because i only charge it once a month. I strongly recommend if you enjoy heavy bass and very clear sounding loud audio.

This is probably the best headset Ihave gotten for what I need. I charged it to start(it was already at 95% charge) and haven't charged it since. My friends have no complaints about the sound quality either. The comfort is also wonderful.

If you want a barebones wireless headset then this is perfect for you!
It only does wireless with a dongle and it features no Bluetooth and also no wired connection.
The battery life last literally for weeks at full charge.
The sound quality is great.
Microphone is average and not so great at this price point.
The build quality is very good very durable.

Works great. For the price you're paying the audio quality is reasonable and same with the microphone for a headset mic. The bluetooth range is limited but for a lower price headset it can be ignored.

Great sound and comfy cushions only thing that bugged me a little was the stiffness on the head band its slighty tight around the ears and i have a small head maybe a more flexible headband can help fix that

Took them out of the box and while the computer was running, I connected the USB dongle up and bam, HyperX Cloud Alpha ready to go. I checked and they have software you can download which gives you DTSx and an eq.
Haven't charged them since I got them, still at 60% as of this review ( week and a half ). Everyone on Discord says I come in crystal clear. They are VERY light weight (good thing)!!

After purchasing these headphones and using them for a good amount of time. I can confidently say these are some of the best headphones I’ve ever purchased. It has a great battery life that lasts me days even weeks. and excellent sound quality.

These things have good sound quality, get reasonably loud, and last for basically *FOREVER*. I haven't been keeping exact hour tracking, but with daily wear for around 5 hours, they will last easily over a month and a half. Removable microphone is solid, and the microphone audio quality is reasonable. Definitely on the more expensive side, but a well built, quality product. Also reasonably comfortable.

A very good headset for some folks, but not for me. Easy set up and compatibility. Good sound, though not surround (and not advertised that way).
Main issue for me is the closed back setup. While I have always used closed-backed headsets, and from multiple brands, the setup on these is too much. For some that might be a good thing, reducing outside noise without ANC, but for me I get an earache after wearing these for an hour or so. Even after stretching out the headband so there isn't as much clamping force, and switching out the cups for some more permeable aftermarket ones. So if you have trouble with safety earmuffs or similar, you might want to look around.

The HyperX Cloud Alpha excels in every department, those being sound/mic quality, comfort, connectivity, and battery life. I haven't charged my earphones in a month and they're barely at 70% battery life. Honestly one of the best gaming headphones I've purchased in a while.
