Customers often highlight the superb sound quality and comfortable design of the Cloud II Wired Gaming Headset. Many appreciate its compatibility with multiple gaming platforms and the detachable microphone. However, some users mention the headset's relatively short cable and lack of inline volume controls as drawbacks. A few also noted that the fit might be snug for some users, and that the bass could be improved.

I needed a dual purpose headphone. For listening to music and for doing conference calls with clients. I love these headphone for both purposes. Super comfortable which is important since I will wear them for several hours at a time. Fit well around my ears and do a decent job of blocking noise. Sound quality is excellent with plenty of bass when I want to pump it up. The boom microphone is perfect - I connect it to my iphone and sound quality is excellent. Added bonus is the USB connector cable for the PC and an alternate set of cloth earpiece liners and a travel pouch. Beautiful packaging - worthy of a Rolex.

I’ve been searching for a headset for a long time since my Xbox headset broke after 6 mo. I tried wireless headsets and they just didn’t work correctly, (ie. cutting out, uneven sound, etc.) even though it costs as much as a wireless headset, I prefer this one. I have been so happy with this headset, and it’s wired! It never cuts out on me during gameplay, and has no sound issues. It comes with interchangeable ear “guards” which are super comfy. It even comes with a box which I use as an awesome case. I would buy this headset over a top quality wireless one any day!

My first set for computer gaming. Recommended by a Best Buy employee. I am glad I took his suggestion. I like them. Comfortable, not too heavy, decent sound. All in all nice set for my first computer gaming set.

These are the most comfortable headphones I have used. They come with "normal" smooth ear cups but I use the softer, velvety ones and they are really great. The sound quality is good and I like the flexible boom mic.
The only thing that is different for me is the two-part cord system and built-in sound card. If you want to use the headphones with a phone or other device that would be handy for listening to music but I do not use it for that. The biggest complaint is that the mute button for the mic is a small slider on the side of the sound card and not easy to find while gaming. A small detail but annoying.

I was recently looking for a replacement for my Sony Gold headset, for it had plenty of signs of wear. Given that this primarily works best for PC, I was hesitant to go through with the purchase. However, hyperx had released an update that made the sound card compatible with my PS4 and that was it. Not only do I have great surround sound on my PC games, but the sound card compatibility gives great sound on my PS4 as well. For the price, the versatility, durable and comfortable design of this headset, I would definitely recommend it.

Decent enough and got it on sale during black friday. The inline volume controls and surround sound button are handy. Other folks say my mic is clear so I guess that's good. Seems to be well built. Ear cups are substantially larger than my old one. Only "negative" is that I don't see much a difference compared to my old Fatality Creative ones. I'm sure there is one as it's probably almost 15 yrs old but I just can't see it.

I was always one to think "maybe surround sound is a sham" after experiencing very sub-par headsets that advertised surround. I picked these up and all my expectations were blown out of the water. Surround is on point, the cans are MUCH louder than any headphones i've ever used, actually having to turn things down in windows and in game for the first time, they are SUPER comfortable, especially for a fathead like me. The only reason this gets a 4 is because when you are using the included sound card, the microphone sounds almost worse than a turtlebeach microphone. If you are going to use this headset for streaming, spend the extra cash to get a dedicated mic.

I had many headsets in my gaming career. like razer, logitech, steel series. now they broke down it was time to try a new brand.
From the many brands HyperX was one i wanted to try! it had good reviews so i gave it a shot, and i love it! I use it every day and the mic sounds great. (what i can hear from my friends)
pros:
-Good sound
-Fits good
-Clear mic
-No drivers, plug and play
cons:
-Mic doesn't feed back through the headset.
-Can get a little hot around the ears after long time use.

Bought this as a surprise for my hubs and he loves it!!! One of the sales reps at Best Buy recommended them saying they are very comfortable to wear and very versatile. He was 100% right! You can easily add and detach the mic and they can be used with your pc as well as game consoles. The sound is very clear and they really are comfortable! I'm sure there are so many more things to praise but like I said these were a gift so I don't know all the ins and outs. Hubby says no complaints at all and that they are better than the last one he had.

These are light and aluminum touch and when your not talking it blocks that heavy breathing noise yeah I’m taking to you buddy! Upgrade to these to your collection I have these another set plus my beats studio 3 for noice cancelin. Got these on sale at best buy been a long customer. Hyper X really light & comfy and the red box was a nice premium touch felt like a Apple product unboxing.

Beautifully designed headphones that are sturdy and still feel like you’re wearing nothing at all. Nothing at all. (Ned Flanders)
The surround sound is great and only plugs in through usb. The headphones can be plugged in through a 3.5mm jack and it can split the mic and audio if you need to with the provided adapter. The mic is phenomal and cancels out all noise around you, really well may I add, and it also could be removed from the headphones if you don’t need it. Comes with a nice carrying case.

I stand by this headset 100% I bought this one for my brother who breaks those cheaper 40$ headsets every few months. This one is solid and he loves the sound and look of it. The metal in the band is phenomenal the sound is better than most could be better but if your looking to stop buying headsets back to back this one is it. I bought this headset on Black Friday for 60$ great deal price Thank you for your time.

I’ve owned this headset for one year and use it daily.
Excellent quality headset.
Rugged metal chassis,
Extremely comfortable for extended sessions
Sound is on par with similar priced headsets. The inline DSP sound card provides some nice features but can be cumbersome at times. The mic is slightly better than similarly priced headsets.
What makes this a five star headset is it’s comfort, and the way it has stood up to heavy use for a year. I would purchase this again.

I wanted something wireless but it turns out those are hard to find for Mac. I like the fact that it has a cord extension option with usb so it’s compatible with my iMac and I can move more freely at my desk without getting choked by a ridiculously short cord. The sound quality is great and the microphone is detachable so I can use it with or without. Not to mention the ear pieces are big enough and the head band is well padded so I can wear them comfortably without squishing my ears, and causing a headache.

I purchased these for my son and he said they have worked great for his online PC gaming experience. They fit over your ears completely so as to not hurt your ears for an extended period of time. The mic won't get used much due to other mic usage but it is nice to have a backup. It comes with extra ear covers that are fuzzy for even more comfort. Sound quality is excellent and this brand is known for quality.

Very good buy for the money. I've had Astros which I still like but these rank right up there with performance. Built very well, no cheap feel to them. They did hurt my head at first but after wearing and breaking them in they become the most comfy set I have worn. Sound good. The 7.1 surround sound is nothing to Bragg about but still good. They sound great with music. definitely gives these a try. I bought these, took them back and tried 3 other different brands. Took all of them back and went back to these Hyperx Cloud II

The HyperX Cloud II Pro Wired Gaming Headset is amazing. I bought these for my GF so she could play PUBG on PC. Ive got to say im seriously jealous. Best thing I can compare these headphones to is the Bose Quiet Comfort headphones which easily go for $400. The headset is wired so you dont have to worry about it dying when playing for extensive amounts of time. The cord is USB and has a small "control pad" as I like to call it which has volume, mic volume, and a button that enables 7.1 surround sound.
