I purchased these for work. I wanted something comfortable with a good microphone. These work great. I can switch from listening to music to a conference call without changing headsets.
Conversations are clear with good volume. My coworkers report hearing me well through the mic.
Good for gaming too.

This is the best headset I’ve ever purchased. The audio is great, the mic quality is superb, and comfort is not an issue. My only complaint would be the cable length and the cable comes out on the left side, which can be an issue because my PC is on my right. Besides that, this is a perfect headset.

Coming from a non gaming headset, this headset was a huge upgrade. Mic and audio quality was good. Could play a few hours with the headset on with having minor discomfort after a while. I like how the mic is removable and it gives you different options to plug in your headset. Main issue is the right side of my headset started losing sound quality and the audio would fade randomly. Was using this headset for almost 2 years by the time this happened. I would recommend this headset if you’ve never had a gaming headset before and want something easily to plug in, just make sure you take care of it or purchase warranty just in case.

Very good so far for the 2 weeks I’ve had it for. Detachable mic is a nice plus and audio is good so far.

Let me start off by saying i have a weirdly sized head with giant ears.
This headset doesnt make me feel like I do. Its the first headset that doesnt hurt my ears after constant use while providing great connection for voice chats. The mute button and volume wheel on the ear cups are a great feature that ive found myself using constantly.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend these to anyone looking for a new, quality headset

This headset is so much bang for your buck!!! Super clear audio and the mic uses noise-cancelling. They are comfortable for long gaming sessions and you can remove the mic if you just want to use them as regular headphones.

My husband has purchased every headset possible for his Xbox - I decided to purchase this product for him and he actually said it has the best cancellation noises which I’m assuming the other headsets weren’t the best in that aspect. I’m glad I made this purchase!

Super comfortable headphones. I can wear them for several hours at a time without them bothering my ears. Sound quality is great too.

Could of a been great headset at the price point of $100 but I ran into some problems that I think stem from the Ngenuity app.
CONS
My mic would sometimes randomly stop working in game, had to reset my pc to get audio a couple of times and my custom presets randomly disappeared and got replaced by the default Ngenuity ones out of nowhere as they were not there for the first two days I used it.
PROS
Compared to my Cloud II wireless I definitely could hear more detailed sounds in game and music wise it was slightly better as well as I could tune it just enough to where it sounded better then the Cloud II wireless. Very comfortable as well even with glasses on.
CONCLUSION
Unfortunately for me, the experience was too buggy and I didnt want to risk waiting past my return window to see if things would get ironed out. If it worked without any issues right out the box it would of got 5 stars from me considering its only $100.
