It improves if you disable enhancements but itll still be really low. The mic sounds pretty bad but tolerable. I think the money can be better spent on other products

Spend the extra money and get a better headset. Disappointed because hyper x is something I really stand by.

Tried reinstalling drivers, updating drivers, etc. but no luck. Seems to be a common issue for this headset.
