Went to do curbside pickup and the dude really brought me out a box that’s beat up. I looked at the mic inside and it looked new so I took it. Sound on it has lots of potential and a cool bass but I could also very faintly hear white noise/crackling which drove me insane so I was already planning on taking it back for that but was gonna take my time because I really didn’t feel like it and I have the warranty. But then I get to my zoom meeting this morning and I realize that the mic on it doesn’t even work. And I know how to set up a microphone. So not only will be returning but definitely am not exchanging for the same dumb headset. -_-
