The next time I used the microphone it would work for about 5 minutes and then randomly stop working. The only fix I found was unplugging them from my computer and plugging them back in. The headphone part worked well the whole time.

mic is terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I looked up headsets with good mics when looking for a headset and this was one of the headsets that came up, which makes sense because the mic is the worst part of this, it would not stop brodcasting my desktop output audio as mic input audio, i tryed restarting my computer, updating drivers, completely uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and abunch of other stuff. I tried contacting Hyper X support and all they said in their reply was to try things that i said in my first email i already tried. Then yesterday It randomly started working properly without me doing anything, then randomly today it started not working at all without me doing anything. Now all it does is output electricy static noises and doesnt pic up me saying anything at all.

The aux cord input would constantly discount and cut the audio from the slightest movement. This had been occurrance since day one. All together the headset only lasted 3 months of light use..

ABSOLUTELY HORENDOUS
