Customers are saying

Customers regard the Pulsefire Core Wired Optical Gaming Mouse with RGB Lighting favorably, particularly praising its RGB lighting, ease of use, and build quality. Many appreciate the comfortable feel and size, along with the customizable DPI settings. However, some users experienced issues with the scroll wheel and found the software to be less than intuitive. A few also noted accidental clicks on the side buttons.

Been put to good use. Love the adjustable DPI settings and how you can set it to color coordinate with the HyperX keyboard.

I've had one of these for a little over a year, and decided to buy another as a backup when I saw it on sale. Both of my copies have great build quality and no quality control issues to speak of. The clicks are crisp and tactile and require an above average amount of force to actuate. Excellent scroll wheel and a comfortable shape for all grip styles. It uses a PixArt 3327 sensor which isn't exactly a top-of-the-line sensor by today's standards, but it's fine for casual gaming. The cable is a braided rubber cable and isn't quite as soft/flexible as other offerings such as those found on the HyperX Pulsefire Haste, Endgame Gear XM1r or the Roccat Burst Pro. It's not the worst I've used, but definitely not the best. While I prefer the Roccat Burst Core and Logitech G203 in this price range, if you find this on sale it's a great option. If you're interested in an inexpensive, basic, no-frills gaming mouse, give the Pulsefire Core a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The mouse worked great and felt great for $30. It had a nice small touch of RGB, is fairly well built, and is easy to throw in a bag and take around as a nice wireless mouse for your laptop.

This mouse works like a charm. I was skeptical of its quality, but was pleasantly surprised by both the mouse itself and it's companion software. The mouse feels lightweight (I'm partial to heavier mice, but that's just preference) but well-built

It’s a good mouse, lightweight sleek and comfy in your hand, however it’s the only mouse I’ve had that has died on me, I’m hoping it’s just this specific mouse I bought that is the problem, because I’m purchasing another one

Pretty good and simple mouse with two side buttons you can custom keybind in games. There are 2 middle buttons you can also keybind so in total you have 4 custom buttons you can keybind. Luckily there's none of that rubber stuff on the side that wears off from constant usage like that. It's all plastic. Will buy this mouse again once the current one I have malfunctions.

The wife needed a mouse that was nearly indestructible, yes she is on of those "Get frustrated == teach rodent how to fly" types. It looks "pretty" and has worked flawlessly since the day I connected it to her computer. And Yes, it has had several "Flying lessons" and survived ... so far :-)

An absolute delight! I needed something to replace my old Logitech G400 and wanted something with DPI switches. This fit the bill and I've been so happy with this one I bought a second for my computer at work. It's a bit lighter in the hand than my logitech (which has caused me a few mouseslips in online chess), but it feels and works great.

Solid wired gaming mouse. Needed something a little more robust to replace the basic mouse that came with my gaming PC. The changing colors is a nice touch as well

The RGB is controlled through a 3rd party downloadable app that has to run at all times to have control over the colors or it just reverts to its default color cycle. The mouse doesn't feel cheap or like its made out of flimsy plastic. Overall good mouse for $30.

The resolution at 6200DPI is more than sufficient for quality gaming. Been playing a LOT of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare with it in the last 3 weeks and I've moved up the ranks, placing much higher since moving away from the old one I used with my work laptop. It feels light in your hand, but in spite of the the tactile response of the buttons, including the side buttons and scrolling wheel, is quite nice! You really don't need to spend $100 on a gaming mouse to get a great experience...
