Amazing mouse, almost perfect. Mid scroll wheel.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was looking to upgrade from a old Razer Deathadder and came across this and it’s everything I liked about my old mouse but better. Wireless, lighter, and a comfortable shape for claw and palm grip, much smaller than the deathadder which I loved. The included grip tape and extra feet is a major bonus and the battery lasts forever. Build quality is excellent, no creaking and feels great, clicks are soooo good and crisp. Only complaint I have is that this mouse has a *mediocre* scroll wheel. It is incredibly light and somewhat cheap feeling, you barely can feel when you’ve scrolled down an increment. Not a deal breaker for me but it’s definitely not a great wheel. Other than that, best mouse I’ve ever used, definitely recommend.

Best Budget Mouse
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Light weight mouse that packs a punch. I can go months at a time without needing a charge and I game heavily. Software makes it easy to change DPI settings or customize just about any other setting including color. Glides easily and is comfortable for long sessions. A steal especially if you can get it on sale.

Light Mouse
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse is amazing. I've had this mouse for at least 6+ months. Bought from a different retailer but bought another one from Best buy recently cause it was on discount. It's very light. Super long lasting battery if you disable the RGB. Comes with extra grip tapes and skates. Works well with HyperX Ngenuity Software. Frequent firmware updates still

Very well made mouse.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The battery in this mouse lasts longer than what it is rated for. It is very accurate in everything, when it comes to daily use and playing FPS games. Has many features, one of the top being the DPI modes.

Has issues and isn't as good as the wired version
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been a fan of the original Haste (wired) and wanted to give this a try, but ultimately I just returned it as it wasn't as good and had some connection issues. First off for the good - It keeps the same exact shape and even weight! The build quality is excellent and there is no creaking or rattle out the box. Now for the bad - It uses TTC Gold switches for the main buttons, but they aren't exactly the same as what the wired Haste used. These feel less crispy and aren't as consistent between M1 and M2. The biggest issue I found in my experience is when used wirelessly I'd sometimes feel the DPI slowing down by itself for 20 seconds before going back to normal. This didn't happen in wired mode. I tried updating the firmware but that did nothing to help. This is an awesome shape and for $80 MSRP (often on sale too) it's a great value, but with connectivity issues it's a dealbreaker so id just recommend you save the money and get the wired Haste.

HyperX never fails to impress.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly, one of the best mice I've used, I've been on PC for roughly 5ish years and have gone through COUNTLESS mice solely for feel and functionality. This has become my go to despite owning a $170 mouse. It's extremely lightweight, buttons and everything feel really nice and reactive. Even the tracking, usually higher costs mean better production in this line of stuff, but man, this mouse is phenomenal. It also comes with extra "skates" for the bottom and grip tape, which I've applied the grip tape and it feels phenomenal. Heavily recommend this mouse as it's this good and isn't excessively expensive.

Good wireless mouse
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The mouse works great for everyday use and for gaming applications and have had no issues with the mouse, also this mouse is not bluetooth it only works with the usb transmitter it comes with and if you have sweaty palms this mouse is great since the holes on the mouse lets air pass through.

Do not buy this mouse, the mouse wheel will fail.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i have owned 2 of these mice, both with the same issue. about 3 to 4 months in, the mouse fails and starts jumping around the screen. the mouse is light, feels great in the hand, has usb C, but the quality control is what ultimately kills this mouse for me. i do not recommend buying this unless you want to call hyperx customer support and have them send you another mouse thatll fail in the exact same way.

Excellent choice for a wireless gaming mouse
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To start off, mice are going to be pretty subjective. I have tried a few that are very well received but just don't fit well in my hand. On that note, I have relatively small hands, so keep that in mind throughout the review. I have been using a Razer Viper Ultimate, but its battery has degraded to the point where it no longer lasts even 2 days without needing to charge. Which is pretty inconvenient for a wireless mouse. I have always had good experiences with HyperX products so decided to give this mouse a try since it was on sale for $50. I am quite glad I did. I feels very lightweight with its honeycomb design and glides smoothly across my cloth mouse pad. I also have to point out the texture. It is my preferred style, being a more matte textured finish. I prefer it to the Logitech g pro wireless, Viper Ultimate and glossy glorious finishes personally. It just feels comfortable to touch and use. In particular, it is a great fit for my hand. Not so much moreso than some of those other mice listed but just enough that I feel it is my preferred mouse to use comfortably. The build quality also feels very good. No creaking or weak spots, even if its is all plastic. Though I would have liked to see a cover for its holding spot of the wireless dongle. The wireless connectivity has been spot on as well, though I have the dongle only around a foot away from it so your mileage may vary. Speaking of which, it comes with an extender that is quite helpful. Especially since the extender has a removable usb c cable, and the mouse itself charges via usb c. So you can just remove the cable from the extender and plug it into the mouse to charge while using it without additional cable clutter. The charging port on the mouse is also not recessed or anything so any usb c cable should work fine for charging/using. This annoyed me greatly on my Viper Ultimate as the housing for its micro usb connector has grooves for Razers specific cable, which I haven't been able to find. I used the charging cradle but sometimes wanted to charge it while using it which I couldnt as a result. As for the technical details of this mouse, reviews I had read mentioned it doesnt have the fanciest sensor but it tracks plenty accurate for me. I am typically a casual FPS player but also play seriously at times and have never felt this sensor to be detrimental to my performance. Other complaints I have heard include the left and right click as well as the scroll wheel. Now these are perfectly valid criticisms, however for me I feel both are fine. I actually prefer the lighter steps in the scroll wheel of this mouse. Though it also doesn't stand out as anything noteworthy either. The left and right click also feel adequate to me. Again, not exceptional, but no complaints on my end either. One thing that does stand out though is the battery. I have not had to charge it a single time since purchasing it a little over 2 weeks ago. That is with RGB on as well. Granted it is only on the scroll wheel versus multiple areas like on my Razer Viper. After coming from said Viper, it has been quite amazing. I dont remember the Viper having comparable battery life even brand new. The same goes for the G Pro Wireless, though it wasn't bad in its own right when it came to battery. To summarize, I feel this mouse is an excellent option that will fit well in smaller hands, though I would imagine to be fine in larger ones as well, and provide a great, if no frills, experience. I believe you have the option to use HyperX software if desired, but I have not during my time with it. It is very plug and play, which is my preferred route. Now its worth mentioned that I picked this for a sale price of $50. For which this mouse is a steal. However, even at its price of $80 I feel like it is a great option. Though I would definitely check to see if your local Best Buy or other tech store has either this or the wired version on display to check how it fits in your hand and with your preferred grip style.
