Purchased this hyperx solo cast for my pc. I usually only use built in headset mics but after purchasing this hyperx solo cast. Never going back , this mic is crisp and clear. Really nice purchase for your own set up or a gift. This is the best low budget mic on the market. Definitely will purchase this mic again and looking forward to future projects from hyper x

So as much as this one pains me, I’m not 100% satisfied with this microphone. The quality of the sound is good. The setup is extremely easy. And Hyper X makes a great build quality. Now the reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars. If your PC sits on the desk that the mic will be on, it will add a hum to the voice and sound. I’ve tried many things to correct this as I love Hyper X but nothing works other then buying a shock mount. The more expensive Quad cast comes with a shock mount out of the box. If your have the right setup this microphone would be great. For a smaller desk setup it has a few down falls.

Very good mic, has good bass, and I feel like i sound better with it. You will have to make sure that your mic volume is maxed out in your settings as you will sound a bit quiet compared to other mics though. but the price and overall quality make up for it. I would also recommend getting a proper stand for it as well. also has a button to mute as well which is also very nice.

Bought one for my GF, tried it from her pc and sounded great so I got myself one too. I used to have a Blue Yeti, yes the sound quality is better than the Solo Cast but for the price its not justifiable to buy the Blue Yeti, especially when the usb port breaks so easily on the Yeti.

I was looking for a gaming mic that wasn't too expensive, this product is absolutely amazing, the audio quality is extremely good, connecting it to the computer is really simple (just plug into USB-C) and the same goes for the mic itself. Surprisingly, it was a heavier mic to considering the size of the capsule which is good and the stand is pretty sturdy despite the heavier mic. Overall, fantastic product.

very good microphone but it picks up every single noise

The mike on my headset wasn't working right. Bout this one problem solved. Picks of voice commands much better and the text to speech works fine now. It direction function is also much better than my old mic and the ability to just tap the top to turn it off is so much easier to use that the button on my head phones. I use it for gaming and it works great.

My son absolutely loves his new microphone! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great microphone for their laptops or PCs.

best budget pc mic. no more headsets! it does a good job of blocking out background noise for discord

Got it for my daughter to use while gaming on the Surface pro and she sia dit works great while she is recording on ODS and chatting on discord. She didn't need my help setting it up but we did have to buy a USB extender due to limited ports on surface pro

Super easy to use. Tap to mute/unmute. I don't really use it to record myself, so I don't know about the sound quality, but no one has complained about the sound quality in any of the voice chats I have been in.

Mic is super clear sounding and does a decent job at not picking up background noise. I mainly use discord with their noise canceling software turned on and it works even better. The mic rotates as well so you can fit it underneath the monitor if you want. It's also super compact and easy to set up, just plug and play.

I bought this as a gift for my son. He loves it. The mic is very solid made. He says his voice sounds very clear for his friends on the other side of the screen. Be sure to go to the official website of HyperX to download the latest fix update. This update will remove annoying blinking red light when mic is on mute.

Very great budget mic for streaming, with obs software you can filter the mic to make it sound like a much better quality than what you pay for..

I've been wearing headsets for...ev...er.. (since working from home) because the quality of my video meetings demanded good audio. This is a super cost effective way for me not to have to wear headphones all ... day... long on my Zoom calls. I got compliments from people on how well i sound.

This microphone works great for the price. There isn't any extra software but can't really expect that much for the price. People I am talking to have only said good things about how clear the mic sounds so no issues there. I would just recommend getting an arm to hold the mic up instead of putting on the table as even small bumps will sound very loud.

I’ve been looking for a reasonable microphone and came across this one. Read the reviews which seemed to be a good one to purchase. I wanted to be sure my friends could hear me when we game. My friends now can hear me so much better. Now I’ve of them is going to get the same one. I’m glad I decided to go with this one. Highly recommended.
