Workings amazing, perfect for recording on the go. Awesome for any laptop and even works with an iPad. It has taken my tutoring business to the next level!

If you're thinking about buying this microphone, just go ahead and seal the deal.
Plug and play with high quality sound for such a low price you really can't do much better.

The microphone itself has a good tone for a budget microphone. My only complaint would be the structural integrity as when I dropped it from my desk, the mic stand broke at the joints.

Economical and easy to use mic with decent sound. Most confusing part is you tap the center to mute & unmute, but it's hard to see the indicator light. Plus the light is either solid red or blinking red, which is also confusing.

I bought this mic before its initial launch since Best Buy put it out early... The QuadCast was a bit too high in price for me and so sprung for this considering the hype surrounding the QuadCast.
What can I say, this is absolutely the best bang for the buck I have found for an entry level mic.
It looks clean, sounds great and I love the tap to mute feature that HyperX carried over from their QuadCast mic. I was torn between this and the Razer Seiren Mini and went with HyperX as the Mini appears to be of pretty poor build quality and doesn't sound as good to me plus there is no mute button on it which I personally think is a must have. So, for $10 more I got a way better mic IMO.
The stand is cool in that I can angle the mic in numerous different ways but I will probably end up buying a cheap mic arm to mount it on as it is threaded for 3/8 - 5/8 mic arms.

Horrible build quality. Microphone stand plastic broke like a breadstick. I tried to adjust the tilt and the plastic broke at the joint. Then soon the whole thing came apart due to the weight of the main mic.
