Out of the Box the mouse does not work and needs to be paired. I opted to upgrade to Windows 11 and install the Intel driver. Once everything was updated the N4000 faired better with CPU usage and RAM usage. If you opt to use MS defender as your antivirus note that it is an extreme resource hog for this processor. Overclock speed is around 2.3 Ghz

I like the versatility of the tablet. It performs all of the basic functions of a 2-in-1 PC. The screen has a tendency to glitch when watching videos. The processor is pretty slow. It takes long for some websites to load. I have to charge it every day because the battery drains quickly. The back of the device gets hot after a while.

I have a large HP Laptop that has a T-Bite of memory, but after the first few months of use, the battery crapped, so I can't use it when traveling because it has to be plugged in all the time and I think it was dropped in shipping because there's other issues. When I saw this Tablet, I thought, great, I can get it for traveling and it's compact size will just slip into my bag, unlike carrying that bulky bag my laptop is in. And it can do almost everything I need like the laptop! WELL.... PROS: It's nice and compact for the larger size tablet, which is one of the biggest reasons I purchased it. Took a while to set it up. I am happy with the size and functionality. I like the convertible cover. CONS: Battery life is almost nonexistent. I can charge it, I have 9 to 10 hours of life, I start using it, it notifies me that I only have 2 to 4 hours or less. I have to charge it every day, because it won't keep a long charge, and I have turned off functions I don't need, or won't use, so that it doesn't eat the battery life. And the back gets very hot where the battery is located. It has even shut off on me in the middle of usage. There were a few issues with lengthy downloads, and updates. I didn't find anywhere to turn off the onboard mouse in order to use the external mouse, and that has caused issues. My son thinks I should return it and use his Chromebook. The whole point of purchase was to have something with long battery life that wasn't bulky and sustainable for work. Unfortunate, not the case. I guess I'm going to have to pig tail this one to. At least it's not a big to deal with.

At first it works and shortly thereafter it stops working. Does not charge and does not turn on. I have returned for repair and or a replacement and the repair did not do anything. My father was very excited about this device and we bought three and replaced them to see if it was just a glitch in one of them. Do not recommend unfortunately.

Used it twice over a month, cant use it while plugged into AC adapter/charger, screen jumps and flutters. The mouse has a short in it also and doesn't work. Contacted Best Buy, said it was a day over the 30 day return period. I'm stuck with a junk unit.

a little bit slow but good windows tablet with keyboard

Don't buy Mouse pad does not work right after I opened it. Customer service unavailable goes to voicemail. Can't return it. Poor quality trash.

No charger included with purchase was bad enough but tablet died after only 7 months. Product longevity with Best Buy has been poor at best. 3rd incident in less than a year.

Glitches, can not use touch screen while charging.

Amazing value at a great price. I bought it as a compact pc for pleasure travel, so if I could read ebooks and browse the internet, that would be enough. I upgraded to Windows 11 even though the manufacturer did not recommend it. The only drawback I found was reduced battery run time.

I've been using the Hyundai Tablet for over a month and it's everything I wanted in a tablet. The battery life is great, it's lightweight, and has a sleek design that makes it unmatched in the market. Really pleased with this product
