When we opened the box we noticed the edge of the door glass was chipped and IBuy sent out a replacement immediately.

Computer booted up fine and all tests indicated it was normal but it crashed running most games we tried within a few minutes. After a week of working with it returned and got a different brand. Get an Omen instead!
