the pc, dont even get me weong ia really good but it can lag out at times and has worse download speeds than my old cheaper computer. Would still reccomend this i think its just because of mg router

Came in for help with another pre-built. the fellas at the geek squad helped me even though it wasnt purchased theoguh beat buy and i didnt have an appointment. Turns out my graphics card was DOA. The guy from geek squad and a floor employee helped me search through the pre-built to find exactly the specs I wanted. Once we settled on this one, they explained all of ths different payment methods to me. Upon delivery, everything was put together. Even the graohics card was already installed. i just pulled out some packing materials and started it up. This machine is an absolute tank. It has handled every game i have thrown at it on the hightest settings. I havent seen a single game Ive loaded up at less than 200 FPS. the mouse and keyboard that comes with was also an upgrade. Very quiet mechanical keyboard with a great feel and simple but effective mouse.

Excellent Gaming PC, it runs fast, stays cool and is very worth it for its price

I'm honestly still not sure how I feel about this computer. It's fast, and I upgraded the ram to 64gb. But every 4-5 hours or so, it resets itself on it's own. So if you do long form work such as writing, editing, creating, etc...save your work OFTEN. I still gave it 4*s because it handles 4k 10-bit video files pretty easily. And once it's on and running, issa BEAST. But it does have a pretty long start up time. I will actually time my startup time and edit this review if necessary, but I think it takes about 2 minutes before you are up and running. I do want to add a caveat. The random crash could be because I added the extra 32gb of ram. Even though it has 4 ram slots, you are only supposed to use two per the manufacturer. I know, that makes no sense. But two 32gb ram sticks are recommended over 4 16gb ram sticks, which it wouldnt even boot up with when I tried it. I've been meaning to talk to customer service about the crash issue, but I've just been super busy and just thugging it out. But if anyone would like me to follow up on this, let me know.

Beautiful purchase, for what it’s worth as an entry level system-perfect. Any more performance needed; I would’ve built. Otherwise, gets all the gaming needs done.

The hardware is very good for the gaming we do but there are several software issues that i will need to get the desktop back into the gerk squad to fix. The default auto shutdown is annoying and ive tryed several different settings but have not found one that is good. Also ive had a few software/hardware reinstall/performance issues that feel like permission conflicts that i have also not been able to resolve with the suggested techniques. Could be transitioning to Windows11 but that was the whole driver for purchasing a new PC.

PC works great the only thing I didn’t like is I purchased this because my aesthetic is white in my gaming room. This PC displays white keyboard however I received a black one. That would be the only thing I didn’t truly like about it.

This is a great starter pc for anyone wanting an easy and quick gaming setup. Very easy setup and works amazing with any game ive thrown at it, could also be used for video and photo editing and heavy programs for school work. This pc is a great value for the price and what you get.

4/5 stars for me since I purchased this PC for the wrong intention. I bought this trying to play high end games but was ignorant to the fact that this CPU is more balanced for design, code and gaming. If you are looking for something for gaming oriented, I would go with Ryzen 7 9800X3D

Fast , no hiccups, running really good …. Great video card and runs about at 2300mb on the internet…

I bought another pc from best buy a couple months ago and it didn’t work to well but now that i’ve bought this one my wife really enjoys it and it has no problems runs really well I really appreciate the employees and environment at best buy and how they helped me make my anniversary gift special !

This is an awesome Gaming PC! Runs super smooth and very fast. Easy setup especially if you already had a Windows profile setup. Looks great as well.

First PC and I love it, I’ve gotten a few compliments on it. Fans are sometimes loud but it isn’t an issue.
