Also the display bugs out and goes black when switching tabs. That's probably a windows 11 issue and not a PC issue though.

The reason I gave 1 star is that when I opened the box, the NVME ssd was just sitting in the case like loose change, and one of the RAM sticks was broken into pieces. The RAM stick just snapped back together, but the SSD had to be reinstalled. I know how to install an SSD, so it's no problem, but there was no screw to secure it. Luckily, I had a leftover screw from my old motherboard that fit. It is unacceptable that the computer could be shipped with such a massive defect, and if someone else who didn't know much about computers had gotten this pc, they would have been very confused and upset, even more than me. I still don't know how such an important component could be ignored and not properly installed.

Graphics card is bad!

Finally took it to someone to look at it and they said the graphics card is bad. We bought thus for our son for his 16th birthday. Very disappointed! We are going to try and contact customer support. Praying they will send us a replacement.

Intel vs AMD

Still don’t have the computer three weeks later and I have to pay to have the defective part replaced. I’ve had many other computers and this is the worst for functionality.
