Junk Graphics Card

Took it into geek squad and they said there was a bad graphics card. Tried talking to ibuypower and they wanted me to pay to ship it to them and wait 3-5 weeks to get it back. Rather than exchanging my brand new product. I didnt even have this desktop for 48 hours. Returned and bought a cyberpower instead, and am much happier.

I received a defective computer and need a return

I need to get another one. I tried to get it fixed but it is unfixable by geek squad. I need to ship this back and either get a refund or exchange it to a gaming computer that works.

Not good return service in Athens

The Manger in the store , wrote it on paper and told my wife to take a picture of it and hand it back.

Don’t waste your time.

All it does is overheat and shut itself off, I play all the same games, cleaned it, and it can barely be on for hours at a time without crashing now. Huge waste of money, because why am I going to spend a large amount of money on something that barely lasts 2 years? Like I said, nothing has changed regarding the games and my play style. I’m not sure if one of my parts had gone bad, but after 2 years? Come on, absolutely ridiculous.
