Nice Starter Gaming PC for the Price

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The good: Good quality case (tempered glass front and side), plenty of RGB case fans, nice RBG keyboard and mouse, has included both SSD drive and 1TB hard drive for extra storage, plenty of muscle with 4 core/8 thread CPU, great for 1080p/60hz gaming! The bad (if I have to nitpick): Would've paid $20 more for the R3 3300X, included AsRock motherboard is the older A320 chipset (B450 or 550 would've been better for upgrading. RAM comes as a single stick (good for upgrading to 16gb but runs in single channel out of the box). It would have cost more to build this so that's why I bought it. The good performance, cool look, and price negates the negatives. 5 stars.

Great beginner gaming pc

We must have overlooked the specs when we ordered because we didn’t know that it included a mouse and a keyboard and it has windows installed. So far it seems to be an great first gaming computer. I give it 4.5 stars but couldn’t figure out how to do that on here.

Super disappointed

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the 3rd weekend that my son uses this PC because he is not allowed to play during weekdays and it is not turning on all. Under 30 days already broken and Best Buy will not return unless its under 15 days. Feeling very sad we are a low-income family and it took us 2 years to save that money :(
