Worked great for 12 hours....
Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I could rate this product as zero stars I would. Purchased the computer and received a Critical Error the second day we had it. Contacted tech support and ended up reinstalling windows. The PC worked for about 12 hours after this and then we received another Critical Error. We attempted to reinstall Windows again and this time we received the blue screen of death. So, after being an owner of this computer for 36 hours we ended up packing the entire system back into the box, drive to Best Buy were we had an appointment with Geek Squad. Best Buy saved the day and didn’t even attempt to fix it, but instead completed an exchange for a different computer with similar specs (our choice). I would NOT recommend this product to a friend...maybe an enemy but not a friend!

My desktop was definitely refurbished!

But then it happened! My Nvidia RTX 2060 graphics card finally huffed it's final breath of fresh air, and it seemingly was already burned out, after only 2 days of use. And for those who might not know, when your GPU graphics card burns out, your computer screen starts flickering with these things called artifacts, and also some screen tearing occurs. I tried my very best to fix this issue, but to no avail, I even took a look inside, but I'm no PC extraordinaire. All I know is that this poor computer suffered with a almost fully used graphics card and it ended so weak with artifacts. Note to self, if anyone is gonna buy a computer, especially a gaming one) make sure to buy it from a reliable store!!!

At first everything seemed good, but when i checked my task manager it turns out that instead of getting a 2060 i got a 1660 ti. This really makes me mad because i bought this pc for the 2060. Now there is absolutely nothing i can do because they all sold out.
